False, the first one was not determined to be vaild at all.

FISC: The DOJ "apparently does not take a position on the validity" of the first two Carter Page FISA apps. The DOJ silence on validity would likely be due to ongoing investigations on predication. John Durham has criminal investigation into a lot of this.

No I’m addressing the topic that the warrants that were found to be lacking, came under trump, not Obama.

It states specifically that it doesn't have a stance a validity, which means, it has not been determined to be valid.

Yet the bad warrants were not under Obama. Sessions ran the DOJ and his number 2 was a guy Trump promoted.

They were just renewals of the ones started under Obama.

You don't know that yet. The DOJ does not take a position on the validity, yet. Why? Because of the criminal investigation into the Russian hoax.

But we know FISA abuse started under Obama.

No we don’t. We know the bad warrants came under trump. Anything else is speculation.

Wait until Durham starts his indictments and releases more information. They will be found to be fraudulent. Enough evidence is already out there to see why the DOJ took the stance they did. Currently, they are under investigation. Criminal investigation.

We know the 2017 FIA abuses were committed by disgraced and fired FBI agent, Andrew McCabe who was actively working to take down Trump.

Joe Pientka will most likely be arrested and indicted as well.

    Well, well, well, well.....

Now FBI Manager Pientka's lies and omissions to the FISC were material - and made under penalty of perjury. He knew the dossier was fraudulent. He knew of witness denials. He lied about its accuracy.

"History will not judge them kindly."

As the saying goes: "History is written by the winners".

I'm not so confident as you.

Democrats would burn the country to the ground and bring about the apocalypse if they could blame it on trump.

It used to be the NY metro area was the wealthiest in the U.S. (NY, NJ, CT). But government is like cancer; it grows until the host dies. We’re seeing that in Washington right now.

Under pressure to resign is just as effective as having been fired. He knew his corruption would be exposed. Next?
