    In order to assert Executive Privilege, you must APPEAR and ASSERT Executive Privilege in response to a specific question.

    Trump ordered everyone to not even appear because he was asserting Absolute Immunity.

    You and T are hilarious today, so you really think the President can claim immunity from testimony or documents and the courts not make them comply? Is that really your stance? T should know better if he's actually a lawyer, which is hard to see from his posting knowledge surrounding the law and constitution.

    No, but that's what the Trump administration is claiming and nobody who has followed that direction has testified or produced documents yet... so you tell me...

    If this is the way the process is supposed to work, the process is completely broken...

    The way this all has been working out seems to be Trump says something outlandish (He was wiretapped, Puerto Rico was corrupt and stole hurricane supplies) democrats laugh at him then stuff comes out proving Trump right.

    Right now we're at step one Trump said Biden stole money from Ukraine so Im waiting for the shoe to drop on the Democrats who say that's a "conspiracy theory"....

    I agree with you on that particular extradition. It's a very poor look for America. I want to use a different phrase from "No one is above the law", because Pelosi has tainted that saying. So I'll say "what's good for the goose is good for the gander." A human is dead due to her actions, she should face a trial for those actions.

    There was never a server (it was cloud based) and the FBI had already decided Russia hacked the DNC long before Crowdstrike every contacted them with their findings.

    I'm just waiting on like specific damaging documents to come out that proves Trumps "conspiracy"........

    Then they'll just seamlessly shift to something else so they don't have to admit fault for calling it a "baSeless conspiracy theory"
