France has had a lot of terrorism and then there is the anti government Yellow Vest Movement. They are having problems and they don't want Macron anymore.

Germany will refuse to take part in a US-led maritime mission in the Strait of Hormuz, Foreign Minister Heiko Maas announced. Maas said that there “cannot be a military solution” to the current crisis in the Persian Gulf.

Speaking in Warsaw, Poland on Wednesday, Maas said that Germany will turn down Washington’s request, which was revealed by the US Embassy in Berlin on Tuesday.

Did any German politician invite him? Don‘t think so, no political gain in meeting hin, only bad press and protests.

Germany is hardly noticed. The focus is elsewhere.

And he's right. Germany has never enjoyed much success at 'military solutions'.

Most Europeans are like that. They complain about Americans and their Presidents and then complain when they're ignored. Most, with very few exceptions, deserve to be ignored.

If we "never" enjoyed much sucess in military solutions, why we exist as a people and nation in a continent based on war since millenia?

Explain to me. Why are we not part of Rome, but crushed Rome? Why are we not part of Ottomans but crushed Ottomans? Why did we crush France and are not Part of France?

I tell you something, we fought more wars, than your country has ever fought.

I assume you also have german blood. You exist, because Germans fought and won wars. We lost two wars, out of several hundred.

Think again and coe back, when your country has fought its first war. You never had a real war.

Yes, of course he does not tweet much about Germany, when AOC, Ilhan Omar and the other two Schmocksesses guarantee him his re-election (as long as the economy is still robust in 2020). He is one of the most hated politicians here, although amongst AFD-voters there it is rather a 50-50 polarization (there were polls when it came down to Trump vs Hillary).

It's sad to see that some people even amongst conservatives dont see that he strikes a blow against cultural marxism which can weaken the whole international movement. He has the guts to contradict gender-scientists, feminists, minorities in general, especially the Islamic majority whose switching between fantasies of world domination and the whining about how discriminated they are is so obvious. Thats the part of his reign I am interested in most, beside the fact that he in fact de-escalates (relations with Putin and so on) the rest is more or less irrelevant from a German perspective.

The US economy is booming since he became president in contrast to all prophecies he is going to ruin it published by left-wing media everyday.

Sorry, but US economy is not booming. Booming is over 3% GDP growth for a year.
The US economy is good, but not booming. The tax over haul fell flat on its ars, did not produce 3% and more, as promised, industrial out put is in the reds, the overall trade deficit is braking records.
Its not booming just going good fed by humongous deficits.

Good, but you were to early, about 5 minutes or so.

Now the EU can take on its own problems, without having this lead weight tied around its chest.

For the record, "Germans" did not win wars. Prussians did, while the lesser German states we subjugated continued to disappoint us at every opportunity.

We wrote the book on operational maneuver, and have proven that we are peerless in that regard. However war is much more than winning battles, and Germany has always lacked the ability to project military power and win a prolonged conflict.

Germany needs to prepare to fill the military vacuum that will be left as America withdraws from Europe.

I don't know enough about current-day German society to know if this will be politically possible.
I have seen some very dismaying statistics that indicate that a large fraction of younger Germans are
practically pacifist. But I don't know if this is accurate.

Which lesser States did your country subjugate and why did they disappoint at every opportunity ?

The vacuum the US will eventually leave, will not be to large. Europe will fill it easily.
Nothing wrong with being a pacifist. I am one and have been a professional soldier and come from a very long line of soldiers, hundreds of years long. They all were pacifists. But being that does not mean, not defend what is dear, you own, or your country.
War is a failure of human communications and not the way to communicate.
Don't invade my space, my home or my country, you might end up with a hole between your eyes. But otherwise, run around and play macho, if you need it.

Why? Will the Russians need additional troops to assist?
