At the moment, my bet is with Biden. I feel he's the strongest candidate to be able to defeat Trump, but any and all of them are more than capable of running the country.

Though I love Sanders and Warren, I don't think their health plan issue is the most pressing item for us to be debating now.

I love Yang, he's the closest to a true futurist with a very pragmatic approach to dealing with the issues.

Buttigieg is also very inspirational and even tempered, but I am worried he does not appear to be attracting more black voters.

Klobuchar does have that folksy mid-western approach that I can understand being a big plus to win rural America, but she makes me a bit nervous. It probably has to do more with her speaking style in front of a large audience. She feels nervous, which I can't blame her, but it concerns me in regards to debating Trump.

I like Steyer, but just like Bloomberg, I'm not a fan of self-funding millionaire campaigns, so both are not on my list.

    What are your thought?

    None of them.

I'm 55 years old and have been voting since I was 18 and I never voted for a Democrat and never will.

Actually the current indications are that the DNC is selling out the contest to Bloomberg. But so far as able to be an effective president one has to wonder about the political left's standards if they think that Buttigieg -- a first time mayor of a relatively small city -- has got the experience or political chops to be an effective president.

Sanders vs. Trump would be epic. Two crazy (in a good way) New Yorkers without a filter, saying whatever is on their mind.

Trump has ZERO experience in any form of government.

    So what is your point?

My point is that life experiences count and Buttigieg is lacking at the moment. He might be ready to be president a decade from now. He is not, however, ready to be an effective president at this point in time.

I'd rather have a root canal than vote for any of those clowns but find it interesting the OP chooses Biden. Just wondering who you'd choose for VP since there's a good chance Uncle Joe won't last 4 yrs.

    Biden-Warren?

    *shudder*

I chose Buttigieg. But Warren is a close second.

I don't think electability is a factor. If Trump's cheating works, it won't matter who the candidate is. They will lose. Votes won't count. And if it doesn't work, then votes will count, and any of them will beat him easily.

So Trump is somehow as dumb as a rock and yet so brilliant that he can cheat with the entire nation watching him and yet no facts-based evidence can be discovered? Sweet!

It's similar to how G.W. Bush was portrayed by the political left as stupid and then they could never 'splain how such a stupid man ran rings around them. JFK? Today JFK would be considered a revolting arch conservative by the increasingly radicalized Left. Ironically in about twenty years socialist Bernie might also be considered an EVIL conservative as the political Left continues to devolve.

As for presidential contenders, I was firmly convinced that there would be a last minute reveal by the DNC via their suborned Mainstream Media outlets that in truth Elizabeth Warren is today's leftist political messiah. But now it's looking like Bloomberg is simply purchasing the DNC outright and thus their political king or queen maker clout. This stuff is starting to get interesting.

I'm voting for Yang. But, it's a long shot. I'm open to some of the other candidates.

I think Klobuchar is the voice of reason.

Warren and Sanders are sort of tide with me. They're both far leftists. Although I consider Warren to be the better candidate because she's possibly more reasonable.

Biden just doesn't do it for me.

I'm a Trumper but for purposes of this poll I chose Amy K.
I've seen her on Fox a good time and she does a decent job answering questions and seems less crazy then the rest of the lefty politicians.

That's what dumb people do: cheat. Intelligent people obtain things using their abilities.

You probably watch too much TV. Only in movies are thiefs these great master "megaminds" Bad guys are usually the dumbest people.

Sounds like 'cheat' will become the new 'Russian collusion' --- aka the Dems excuse for losing. Yet another accusation with NO proof.

Well . . . to be fair they tried collusion and then obstruction and then -- whatever the hell this impeachment was supposed to have been about -- and so they are running out of things to investigate Trump for. Cheating in an election that hasn't even happened yet is giving Trump waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much credit for omnipotence. But it's about all they have got left.

And it would have been so easy for Trump and Republicans to avoid this "excuse"... And, at the same time, make re-election inevitable. Just a matter of allowing witnesses to testify.

The only reason that wouldn't work would be if Trump were guilt.... Oh!... you think that was why they didn't?

He now has three years as President and most of the Democrats offer more of the same government over reach that produced an economy featuring part time jobs and record levels of people on food stamps including working folks.

A lib friend from Canada keeps posting a plaque on FB that is an engraved rendition of Trumps locker room talk about grabbing her by the pu**y. I suppose that's the worst thing they've got on him and somebody decided to preserve it for posterity. Makes me chuckle every time I delete it. Lol

I'd prefer Sanders the old communist apparatchik who honeymooned in the former Soviet Union and believes that the problems we have are a function of US not being enough like Stalinist Russia or Maoist China would be the easiest victory ever.
