Apparently, Mueller disagrees, as he did not make a factual determination to that effect.

He -did- make a factual determination that Trump took possibly obstructive acts.
He -did- make a factual determination that said acts had a nexus with an ongoing investigation
But he did -NOT- make a factual determination that Trump acted with corrupt intent.

Thus, the statement in question has no basis in fact.

You still can't prove that Trump had Barr write an erroneous summary of the Mueller report.

You can't prove Trump had Barr write the summary.

You can't prove that Barr's summary was erroneous.

That's two Fake News items in one sentence fragment.

Mostly because Barr's summary wasn't erroneous.

It was. He pretended that Mueller and he had the power to determine that pre-maturely and pretended that he could determine that there was no obstruction. It wasnt even Barr’s job to determine if what Mueller reported rose to the level of obstruction or not. In doing so, he played judge.

Not surprising ya dont understand but Barr was trying to exonerate Trump by making a determination that judges make, not attorney generals. When he made the determination about the report not containing anything that could rise to the level of obstruction, he was making a determination that Mueller left to congress

Are you actually claiming that Barr's new rule is intended to apply to past investigations?

Judges do not make a determination if an investigation produced enough evidence to prosecute a case.
    The AG, however, does.

    This is false.
Mueller -did- make the determination that there were acts that could rise to the level of of obstruction.
Mueller did -NOT- make the determination that Trump acted with the corrupt intent necessary to complete charge of obstruction.
Absent that determination, Barr concluded the investigation did not provide enough evidence to prosecute a case of obstruction.
In doing so, he acted completely and fully within his power as AG.

Not surprising ya don't understand this.

The AG could not make that determination so he was pre-maturely trying to claim that the report did not produce enough evidence that could prosecute a case for obstruction before the house voted on it, exonerating trump before congress could decide. That was for congress to decide, not Barr.

As no one else -can- decide if there is sufficient evidence in an investigation to press forward with a prosecution for crimes found in same - he could, and he did.

Barr's actions have nothing to do with, and has no effect on, the Congressional capacity to further investigate and/or impeach the President for the supposed instances of obstruction specified instances of obstruction found in the Mueller report -- Congress, however, chose to not do so.

Not surprising ya don't understand this.

Your first paragraph is contradicted by your second. Not surprised ya didnt catch it. Also the reason Mueller didnt go with prosecution is because of OLC rules.

You cannot demonstrate this to be true.
Mueller could not demonstrate Trump acted with corrupt intent and therefore could not have gone with prosecution in any case.

Not surprising ya don't understand this.

Key figures? Tell me, would the investigation have stopped if Mueller HAD been fired? Easy answer, nope. Evidence for that is that Comey was fired and yet the investigation continued.

In the end, Mueller was NOT fired and Mueller himself says that he was completely unhindered in his investigation.

Btw, my account has been on this forum since 2015. What's your excuse Mr. Jan 22, 2020?

Of course this assumes that the AG works for the people not the President. The AG must appear to be independent of the POTUS or faith in the system erodes to the point where justice is seen as impossible. If the investigation involves the POTUS and the AG will not let it proceed despite the merits, where are the checks and balances? Either the law is supreme or it is not.
