You know this statement is false, because you know you cannot cite the source, or quote the text, of anything you posted that demonstrably qualifies as "fact".
Thus, you cannot provide one iota of fact that demonstrates your claims to be true.

I have offered to cite the case, but you've ignored that. I certainly "can" do so, quite unlike your unsourced denialisms.

Moreover, I am a very experienced attorney. My posts, in and of themselves, are "sources".

Your posts? Just ordinary trumper denials, very unavailing.

But you won't, because you know there's not one iota of fact that that demonstrates your claims to be true.

    You're turning me down again.

Because it will be quite embarrassing for you.

I'll let you stew in impotent rage for a bit before I post the juiciest parts of the decision.

I don't think the House nor the senate was fair and impartial in this. That both chambers stacked the deck and made their rules to get the results each wanted. I don't think you can come down hard on the senate if you don't do the same on the House's proceedings. Both were impartial as Hades.

If you believe in the old adage, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander," you'll just laugh at this whole partisan affair where one side got its way in the House, the other in the senate. I'm sick and tired of this, my side can be impartial and stack the deck which is a good thing, but if the other side does exactly the same thing, it's evil and wrong.

It's not a fair trial because there are more GOP senators compared with DEMS, if all of the Senators are Independent then I could say that there's a big possibility that it would be a fair trial.

Pretty much, impeach is a special case of compulsion, compelling one to leave

    This is correct.
The GOP in the senate was every bit as impartial as the Democrats in the House.
The Democrats don't want people to remember this.

There's a huge distinction to be drawn. Not that you'd grasp that, or admit it.

The House had a number of witnesses and documentary evidence. The House sought more witnesses and documentary evidence, but Bonespurs obstructed Congress and refused to produce the documents and ordered relevant witnesses to refuse to cooperate.

In sharp contrast, the Senate essentially bent over for the "Defendant" and refused to call those witnesses (or any other witnesses) and refused to consider additional documentary evidence.

One sought a more complete record, and one made **** up and refused to conduct a trial.

So, no--it was not remotely the same.

    No. There's not.
Both sides set up the rules so they would win.

You can't respond to the specific points raised in my post?

It's pretty solid reasoning. And I know, because I'm super smart.

You repeatedly threaten to present something you know doesn't exist, and I laugh harder at you each time you do it..
You know there's not one iota of fact that that demonstrates your claims to be true, and your continued bluffing only proves it.

Your post only confirms the accuracy of my statement -- and demonstrates your obstinate and intolerant devotion to your unsupportable opinions and prejudices

The senate is not a cheerleader for Trump.

The house of representatives did not do their job.

They didnt even charge him with a crime, which is a requirement for impeachment.

You cant impeach a President because you have a different opinion.

I'm intolerant of things that are not true. Like the bogus claims you keep making.

My education and training lead me to objective hypotheses. Why? So that I can give my clients objective and dispassionate advice.

You don't have that kind of perspective, but I've tried to guide you there.

Why are you so resistant to learning a thing or eight?

What do you think that the House's job was?

BTW, there's no requirement that a "crime" be alleged in the counts. You're one of the very few who keep making that unsupported claim.

You seem terrified of a little court decision. Why?

Oh, yeah---because it's something you have a negative knee-jerk reaction to, but cannot contradict.

Would you like to read it?

The first thing the house needed to do was have an actual vote of the entire house to open an impeachment investigation. They never did it, and thats why Trump refused to cooperate.

Yes, There is a requirement that a "crime" is required, not just "crime" but a "High Crime", like Treason, Bribery, etc.

The Constitution gives Congress the authority to impeach and remove "The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States" upon a determination that such officers have engaged in treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

No, you don't. You seem almost scared about it.

Here's an article to start with. It addresses a court decision addressing Bonespurs' nonsensical claims of "absolute immunity" (remember, we talked about that!) and "privilege".

The judge basically mocks those ridiculous arguments.

And there's so much more. Would you like to do your own research (not at gatewaypundit or Breitbart, please), or should I feed you more of the truth?
