So what's your contribution to reduced energy use, assuming you're American.. I see your 800watt power supply on your PC is being used for only essential matters ;)

Aren't China and India signers of the Paris accords? The worst contributors to CO2 rise.

Trump leaving the Paris Accords seems to be a great thing for our environmental output.

The free market is doing what is cheapest, which is what it always does. If coal was still cheapest we would be using it more.

As for trump getting the “bs out of the way”, what good environmental policies has he passed? I’m happy to give you all the time you need.

Also, I deleted your desperate attempt to drag the Clinton’s into this but kept your adorable emoji!!! — try harder!

Na, not a partisan hack so that doesn’t fly. Maybe it works for you and yours though.

Besides the image, nowhere in the source does it mention the word "Trump".

So you agree that we do NOT need to sign onto the Paris Climate Agreement in order to reduce our CO2?

The lead image is trump — that indicates to readers that he has had some direct impact on this. Which none of you have shown besides some ramblings about taxes and the Clintons.

No idea — I haven’t researched it enough to make an informed decision one way or another.

So you are agreeing that he had nothing to do with this relatively good news?

I have solar on my roof. The 250W power supply of my PC is perfectly covered by this. Now, what about your power consumption?

Let's start with the bolded one:

Energy neutral houses can be built today. Ground source heat pumps exist today. People don't HAVE to turn down the thermostat to 55 oF, if they would invest capital into bettering their home energy efficiency, instead of buying useless stuff from China they don't need.

I've never attributed the reduction to CO2 to Trump. Stop assuming.

My point is that we do not need to sign on to the Paris Climate Accord in order to reduce our CO2. We are capable of doing it ourselves.

Your article illustrated its heading with his portrait and two of your kind mentioned him immediately proceeding the OP (thus the reason I said y’all and didn’t say you).

I notice you keep dodging the question.

Nope, it's cause and effect. You give people more of their money, and amazing things will happen

If nothing else, it showed us that we don't need the damn government to intervene in everything; market forces and the free market seem to be progressing just fine in this area, without more government intervention or the Paris Accord.

It really is kind of funny to remember back to the Paris Accord, and how the pearl clutchers on the left worked themselves into a frenzy about how the US was going to kill the planet and we were all going to die without the Paris Accord..... ROFL

The Left creates a crisis, then doesn't let that crisis go to waste, they use it to gain more control and take away more freedoms.

So ideal, but to buy perfection you still gotta be able to make the payments.
