Eleven hundred and fifty. That would be virtually all of the Article III judiciary.

Nope...guess they didn't think it was that important...Lynch wasn't attacking the Judicial branch...you know, the judges and juries.

Not sure, don’t know anything about it. Worth getting to the bottom of though. I was referring to their direct interference, not anything Crowstike might have done

I have no idea what all they did or didn’t do. The Govt has admitted some collisions with the dnc when approached about information. Did they DNC did they do more??? I don’t know

Fair, but I don't remember 1,000 former doj officials writing letters then about Lynchs improper behavior.

Who wasn't cooperating with the FBI? The FBI asked to evaluate the servers. The DNC refused. The FBI said, OK, we can do it without the servers, based on what we know and the Crowdstrike analysis. Crowdstrike is a California based computer security company, owned in part by a former Ukrainian, who now lives in the U.S.

I'd argue she was, even if that meetings actual reason truly was about Grandkids on the face of it Lynch should've known better than to take said meeting. It sews the thought of potential conflict of basis and you'd think career professionals in the doj wouldn't want that stain associated with the entire doj.

And that's fine because I somewhat see their argument. But where they lose all creditability to me is I don't recall these former Doj officials even uttering a peep after the tarmac meeting.

She was probably interfered with in Hillary's investigation, at least it came out favorable to the Clintons. Trump wasn't attacking the Judicial branch, did you just make that up?

As she subsequently admitted. That was why she made the public announcement that her decision would be determined by the FBI recommendation. That, in turn, led to Comey's announcement BEFORE he conveyed the FBI decision to Lynch. Lynch, NOT Comey, made the official decision, the day following Comey's announcement and after a final review. She never entirely recused herself.

Yes...his remarks about the judge and jury were attacks on the Judiciary.

No. Are you going to attack the Federal Judiciary as being biased and anti-Trump?

Crowsrike wasn’t. I don’t really care, who they are. Lots of issues with rhe 2016 election, in particular foreign interference that remained unreviewed...moreover a culture of corruption in Ukraine who was getting a lot for aid from us, we needed a commit to resolve.

not sure why you are rehashing things already discussed at length

It was an opinion about one judge’s ruling on one motion in one case.

That's why I'm confused as to why so many more people seem to be upset with Barr than Lynch. If your in the recusal camp with Barr ok I can see the argument your making but why wasn't a word said about an even more obvious case for recusal in Lynch?

The bigger picture is Barr worries them they've made it know since shortly after his confirmation. He won't recuse or resign and frankly I have a hard time buying impeaching him either so I don't really get the up roar

There are 870 federal judges. This voluntary civic organization only advanced their board of directors meeting
