Have you ever heard of separation of church and state? That's what our country was founded on. Our government has no right to impose restrictions on any citizen based on religious beliefs. I have a news flash, not everyone in this country is Christian. And by the way there are laws that give citizens rights, abortion is one right granted to all women under Roe vs. Wade. I follow the laws of this country as everyone should. "Separation of church and state" is paraphrased from Thomas Jefferson and used by others in expressing an understanding of the intent and function of the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which reads: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
Been over this. It is a matter of objective fact. I’ve shown you the definition of atheism. It is by definition, not a religion. Sorry.
Thats a nice idiology, too bad reality it is not! Abortion? Sounds pretty religious to me have you tried to convince the mormons and the gay cake bakers about all their freedoms? Thats a nice idiology, too bad reality it is not! You will not find the 'FREE EXERCISE' clause in ANY state constitution. and the courts are terrified at hearing cases about it So when you gonna post all that objectiveness for us rahl? Im bored and need a good laugh
Freedom of religion is guaranteed in our Constitution, it is not an 'ideology' it is a law. Separation of church and state is also not an 'ideology' it is part and parcel of the guaranteed rights under the US Constitution contained within the First Amendment.,
No its not. The constitution doesnt guarantee a damn thing, who told you that crap? Its law sometimes, depends on the subject matter. You do not have the freedom to exercise your religion in any state, it is not in ANY state constitution!
I enjoy your trolling though, its fun putting you on the spot a few times a week when you cant produce any legitimate support for your claims, well aside from your cute little jingo, but mine is better
The 14th amendment incorporated the first amendment to the states, so it doesn’t need to be in state constitutions. The states are already bound by the first.
You understand that you, myself and everyone reading knows you are full of **** right? You, myself, and everyone else reading is fully aware I’ve given you the definition of atheism, and that definition precludes it from being a religion. That is not going to stop being true no matter how many times you insist on looking silly.
It removed you from over the government and put you under the government you have no right to exercise your religion under the 14th amendment without express permission from your overlord government. IOW instead of the executor to the contract you became subject to the contract without recourse. What was the last amendment 'we the people voted on'?
But you are fully aware that myself, and especially every unsuspecting body else has debunked your fantasies countless times by countless people, but you are the ole everready redface that keeps on ticken, or was that timex? I get a kick out of it, watching one person after another debunk your nonsense out here

Detaching yourself from reality doesn’t make it go away. I’ve given you the definition. That definition shows your assertion is abject nonsense.
I described an agnostic, but I didn't claim that rahl believed what I described, I merely said that rahl's statement about the definition of atheism would be consistent with the agnostic description.
The American First Amendment states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof….” A law based solely on religious beliefs would be in contradiction to the First Amendment.
It is OK. We know that being intellectually damaged can be traumatic which leads to denial. We have compassion for your difficulties.
