The sequence of events we know today proves that it was an useless measure.

Canadians have been in mandatory confinement at home since March 11.

Trump played golf on the 8th and 9th, he told reporters that the risk for Americans remained very low.

    Realy ?

So could you clarify what Trump is saying here:

Thank you for helping me understand.

Close enough, but here's the exact quote if it makes you feel all squishy inside..

"And by the way, the virus, they're working hard, looks like by April, you know in theory when it gets a little warmer it miraculously goes away,"

    https://www.theindychannel.com/news...iraculously-go-away-when-the-weather-warms-up

    disappear = goes away
    miracle = miraculously
warm weather = gets a little warmer

Let me check my calendar..... oops, it's April 6th...

Baloney. trump allowed this to get out of hand in the US with his cavalier attitude and divisive approach. He likely has blood on his hands because of his actions. He certainly doesn’t give a **** about the country and makes it all about himself. What a rancid little buffoon he is.

I listened to your reference video, and I repeat, Trump did not say, "the virus was going to disappear, like a miracle, with the warm weather." A little more precision in your claimed quote would improve things, but, unfortunately, put a crimp in your bloviating. Besides campaign stops count for very little (as opposed to news conferences for instance), but don't let that get in your way.

No, it is not close enough. You nimbly -- but not too subtly -- left off and totally ignored "in theory."

If you don’t like Trump, don’t vote for him. Problem solved!

I would never dare accuse you of intellectual dishonesty.

Then your problem must be biological, since Trump's words get distorted before they enter the Trumpster's brain.

That's why you're the only ones who really understand him.

That's subtle nonsense.... the fact that he added 'in theory' in no way mitigates that he was putting that out there as something he believed was going to happen, or at least hoped was going to happen.

As an example, when I say, In theory, Trump is going to get demolished in November, I'm indicating I believe Trump is going to get demolished in November....

Oh I fully understand him.... he can put out all the bullshit he likes, as long as he says 'in theory' or 'people are saying' or 'I'm hearing' or the gold standard of nonsense, 'We'll see what happens'.

If it comes true, he's ****ing Nostradamus.

When it doesn't, he certainly didn't say anything you can pin down..

It's the difference between a president and a con man...

Then that is what the false claimed quote should have said.

So anybody who disagrees with Trump is a Democrat and a hate Trumper?

You either like the man or you are part of the opposition party and must have a personal dislike for him?

Come on, you're just trolling, right? You can't actually believe that, can you?

If only it was Trump who actually did that....

But then again, Bill Clinton made the internet boom in the 90s just by being the president when it happened, so why not I guess.

It was Trump who eased onerous regulations and created an atmosphere where investors and business thrived. Much UNLIKE Obama.

That atmosphere was already building under Obama too. So this is Trump & Obama's boom then?

If it was Trump's boom, then this new recession-like event must also be his fault too?

(The answer is no, it's not his fault. Neither was the growth his doing.)

Obama tied the hands of domestic energy producers, Trump untied them.

Today's press conference should dispel anyone's doubts that Dirty Donald is by far and away the worst president by far in my lifetime, which extends from FDR through our current moron. He is an egotistical no nothing.

Scholars Poll Ranks Donald Trump As "Worst President Of All-Time"

(Hill Reporter) The survey was conducted among 170 current and recent members of the Presidents & Executive Politics Section of the American Political Science Association. The group is comprised of scholars dedicated to studying the American presidency.
Each member was asked to rank the current and past presidents from zero (worst) to 100 (best). The ranking is based on overall performance in office. President Trump scored a mind-boggling 12.34 out of 100.
When only Republican respondents were polled, Trump still ranked 40th worst out of 45 Presidents. Trump managed to beat James Buchanan among Republican pollsters. Buchanan oversaw the succession of seven states before the Civil War.

What else would one expect from a grifter with no governmental experience?

Sorry to burst his bubble but did he consider Trump is right especially about China? Why does he seem to want to blame Trump for the COVID-19 global health crisis?

Oh WOW an leftwing politicial group survey's it's own.

Professor resigns from academic organization over liberal bias, lack of political diversity

A political science professor from Portland State University has resigned from the American Political Science Association (APSA), citing the group’s "serious lack of political diversity."

In an essay published for Minding the Campus, Dr. Bruce Gilley described his efforts to assemble a panel for the APSA’s annual meeting that would enable scholars to discuss and critique the results of the 2016 election, a panel which included respected scholars from both sides of the political aisle to ensure political and intellectual diversity.

When his panel was rejected, Gilley assumed someone had submitted a better proposal for a panel that would examine viewpoint diversity in political science. When he received the conference program, however, it appeared that the APSA had taken a hard left turn towards progressivism following the election of Donald Trump.

Go to there website and see what causes they support with their grants.

If the MSM and the leftist and Dems are going to attack him personally he will defend himself personally. Why do you think different?
