the majority of paintings we have today of jesus are from the slavery era. you said that the paintings of jesus are from a time when whites didnt know blacks existed. i dont know when that time is that you are talking but it certainly wasnt in jesus time lol. the whites knew EXACTLY who blacks were during jesus time. you sir are defending the indefensible, its time to stop defending colonialism and slavery and call it out for what it is
god created the aboriginal man. if you believe that the aboriginal native man was a white man with blue eyes then there is little more worth discussing here lmao
If God intended all of his creations to look like aboriginal men he would have. This is simply not true. Gods creations are all different, God has a history of creating diverse beings. God would have created Jesus as he intended and needed to be. Black, white, Arabic, asian, e.t.c. it could have been anything. God works in mysterious ways. You cannot have certainty that Jesus looked like the people from his birth place. I'm not saying it's not a possibility. I'm just saying God's Son could have looked like any number of possibilities. Why do you find that so hard to accept?
The paintings simply follow the original paintings Europeans did back in the day. It has nothing to do with colonialism or slavery. The link is absurd.
You sound bitter about idea Jesus could be white and you had to "accept" him. But you are "glad" someone accepts him as black? This makes me believe the actions, personal sacrifices and teachings of Jesus are not important to you. What seems to matter the most to you is Jesus having the right colour for you to be able to happily accept him. Jesus's appearance does not matter. What matters his his actions .
you know what the Middle East is, thus when we talk about the Middle East, we know what were talking about that is how language works
He dabbled in the occult and supported a revival of paganist concepts and ideas. Not to mention persecution of churches that didn't go along with the ideology.
he was raised Christians, supported by Christians.. he was Christian... just a bad one to be fair, he was probably as Christian as Trump is
Do you have one shred of evidence he was actively Christian while he held the position of Chancellor? Personally, I'd have a less difficult time attempting to make the argument Stalin was a Christian. (man who actively imposed an official state theology of atheism, by the way)
he was a self confessed christian, he states as much in Mein Kampf; Hitler, Adolf (1999). Mein Kampf. Ralph Mannheim, ed., New York: Mariner Books, pp. 65, 119, 152, 161, 214, 375, 383, 403, 436, 562, 565, 622, 632–633. most self confessed christians today, practice paganism and idol worship an so are fake christians
If Black folks have accepted a White Jesus why is it so hard for white folk to accept a Black Yesus? You sound bitter about idea Yesus could be black and you had to "accept" him. What seems to matter the most to you is Jesus being non black for you to be able to happily accept him.
I could easily accept a black Jesus, like I said his teaching are what's important. AND I'm not a racist that's too hung up in colour. I'm only challenging what you say because you are placing so much importance on jusus needing to be black to support your own anti white beliefs. Like all that rubbish about white washing e.t.c. my point is it's not about blacks accepting a white Jesus or whites accepting a black Jesus. It's his about his teachings . Why do you find it so hard to see past colour and why does it matter so much to you?
Of course you can. Here is book that traces gives you all the genealogy you need: https://docplayer.net/22481859-The-two-seeds-of-genesis-3-15.html
It was obvious the ideology was not really Christian. He only said that and put on that image to try to get the support of the people, and as a passive slight against the Jews, using it to emphasize that they were different.
yes but as ikeep asking, If Black folks have accepted a White Jesus why is it so hard for white folk to accept a Black Yesus?
