Which is why China is the only country where two pandemics have come from.

Is this an argument against something that I said?

    So they're illegal then?

The alive camels in the first picture cannot be linked to the dead camel in the second picture! The alive camels in the first picture could be someone's vehicle!

I have repeatedly said that they have caused two pandemics. Are you not aware that they sell exotic animals such as bats? Western wet markets certainly don't sell this sort of crap.

Only once you mentioned the population, which was a good point that you made. It helped my argument, because it makes sense that with more people comes more risks with things like wet markets.

We trade with Chinese wet markets?

I didn't say that I debunked anything! The professor is the one who did all of the debunking!
Yet, you say that the professor is "pointing the finger at the US!" Again, if you were able to source that, you would've done so by now!

    Here is what you posted:
None of which says anything about the Chinese government notified the world 24 hours after the doctor notified his colleagues!

no, SARs wasn't consider as pandemic, it never reach west, in recent years only cov19 and swine flu in 2009 are consider as pandemic. MERS was also not considered as pandemics. if cov19 lethality and spread is same as H1N1, i doubt we would shut down the world.

Farmer market or wet market just have lower standard compare to corporate meat factory. it just small business gather to sell their live stock, most dont know the exact rules on regulation etc. its Not like everyone gonna read the fine print on FDA rules etc. There are certainly ppl who dont care about those rule either. Also unlike coporate meat factory, wet/farmer market have alot human to animal interaction, increasing the chance of transmission

My point is more that the animal combinations that are sold in Chinese markets are different to other countries.

Of course it can. The butcher is AT THE MARKET! I posted a freaking kadavers are hanging outside it where a guy was slicing of the meat.

I've repeatedly said they are a far bigger country. The US undoubtedly started one themselves. That's 1/330 million vs 2/1,4 billion. That makes the US twice as bad. And "exotic"... I sourced that even having a cat is having a risk. A risk we're willing to have.

We trade with people who go to wet markets. We know the risks.

That source of spanish flu is up.

omg. It's even in bold what day was notified when, yet you do not understand it's within 24 hours.

Are you saying that other countries have been the origin of multiple epidemics/pandemics?

At the LIVE animal wet market? How do you know that it isn't just an individual store?

That doesn't change the fact that Chinese wet markets have produced two pandemics and are therefore different to other wet markets.

So you would support a permanent travel ban against China?

Again, if you were able to source that the professor is "pointing the finger at the US", you would've done so by now! :roflol:

No, I saw the dates in bold, it's just that the news articles that you cited have nothing to do with the Chinese government! One article is about the Wuhan Central Hospital and the other is about the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission. Why do you think they're relevant exactly?

The reason I ask if you are in the US is because I was wondering what your perspective was on Trump not calling for this international investigation which our Prime Minister is in Australia. We seem to be leading the world on this, which is ironic considering that we have the most to loose given that 38% of our export trade goes to China! Trump announcing the removal of WHO funding is utterly useless compared to giving support to an international investigation.

You make no sense. They are all individual stores in a wet market.
Again. You're refusing to take into account China has way more people. More people, means more people can be patient zero.
Irrelevant to the point that we accept the risk.
Still not seeing you're able to debunk it.

This is just utterly and utterly pathetic. It goes on that the WHO was informed about the condition of the patients. It goes on that the national authorities report that all patients are isolated and receiving treatment. It goes on that .. According to the authorities, some patients were operating dealers or vendors in the Huanan Seafood market. It goes on with WHO is closely monitoring the situation and is in close contact with national authorities in China.

Point stands. China was fast and transparent. Donald and his indoctrinated followers got nothing on them. It's been Donald all along that is hiding things. He hid the truth that the virus could kill a million in the US, while he called it a new hoax. He blocks Fauci from testifying. It's the Spanish flu all over again that the US government kept that secret for Americans as well.

We have had bad lettuce, and other vegetable products kill people right in this country. Perhaps the world has too many puppies, and the person , persons ruling this planet figure it is better than war.

I worked in a packing house when I was 17 years old. We had proper drainage, and sprayed down all machines with hot water before going from pork to chicken or beef. The room was contained in refrigerated environment with a freezer vault further in. All food was refrigerated before being sent out to stores, and restaurants. China doesn't have electricity, and buildings??
