Great. I've said nothing that conflicts with that.

    Yup.

    Great that they were arrested.

    About time.

It is about time that some of these racist psycho ex-cops (with a 2-digit IQ) on power trip (that go head hunting for black men) actually get called out.

At least they actually caught (and charged) one of them.

Cops (and Ex-Cops) do this all the time without consequences.

    Glad they got charged.

Wow. An Ex-Cop and his son:[IMG]

I don't that they were ever mistaken for the sharpest tools in the shed.

    The dad looks the part.

Par for the course for a 2-Digit IQ Ex-Cop.:smh:

Smfh. I just don't understand what you are looking at, well these 2 racist clowns have been arrested. Obviously nobody else agreed with the DA you keep quoting.

Just wait until they're found not guilty of murder. Will be a firestorm in that community, possibly rioting.

A Psycho Ex-Cop, and his son (looking to kill a Black Man to feed their racist rage) Murder someone in cold blood, and certain people are actually trying to "defend" these cold-blooded murderers?

    Wow. :smh: Puzzling.

I suspect they were only arrested to try to appease the community and quell the protests and outrage.

Yet, this will go before a jury, and the truth and all the facts and details will be laid out on the table. Facts some people may not like, that can lead to logical conclusions some people may not agree with.

I could be wrong, but I suspect there's an 80% chance I'm right. We'll see.

It blows my mind that anyone could possibly think this was a justifiable homicide.

Arrested and charged with murder. It isn't a happy thing. But it is justice at work. Actions have consequences.

What if the jogger charged at them and tried to grab the gun?

This, a man who they suspected might have been the neighborhood burglar, and had earlier run away from them rather than talk or wait for police to come to identify.

My god so dumb. So dumb.

If I were a black man in Georgia and two armed redneck pieces of **** who look like this

and were not wearing police uniforms started chasing me I would assume that I am being targeted for a lynching and I would run for my ****ing life. And that would be a perfectly reasonable assumption. And if they caught up to me I would fight for my life. If that means trying to grab their guns, so be it. These two shitheads created a situation where it was perfectly reasonable for the victim to fear for his life and do everything in his power to fight them off.

These two dumbasses did not have probable cause. And most importantly, they did not witness this man commit any crimes, which means they had no basis to make a citizen's arrest under Georgia law. These two dumb redneck pieces of **** deserve to be locked up for life. Anyone who defends these guys is either retarded or bigoted.

Yes they do, and that is why this jogger winded up getting himself dead.

If he was in the black neighborhood, he would have had a higher chance of getting shot.

Oh please, what does that really have to do with this?

    Anyone could wear uniforms.

Do you feel for some reason individuals have some higher obligation to submit to someone in a uniform versus someone without?

Probable cause to do what? Please tell.

The way you talk, you make it sound like they just shot him out of the blue because they thought he might have been the burglar.

We don't actually know whether they tried to make a citizen's arrest (or initially tried to).

Well, this dumb opinion explains a lot.
Holy **** are you ****ing kidding me? If they were in police uniforms then it would have been reasonable for him to assume they were police and he should have stopped for them in that case even if they didn't have PC. At least in that case he would have far less reason to believe he was being targeted for a lynching.

That certainly isn't the prime justification of my opinion.
I was simply putting things in perspective and saying he wasn't really at any increased risk of danger entering into that white neighborhood.

To attempt a citizen's arrest. Duh.
Well, then you need reading lessons because that's not what I've said. I think these two shitheads attempted a citizen's arrest with guns. I don't think it was their intent to kill him.
What the actual **** are you talking about? Why do you think they were pursuing him?

That's an argument for another thread. You think people have an obligation to stop for someone in a uniform but no obligation to stop for someone not in a uniform??

It's not so black and white as that.

(And I think I have started discussions about that specific issue in the Law & Justice section of this forum, but no one ever goes there to read them)
