And that's what led to the perjury trap backfiring.

Flynn's guilty pleas are what trapped the rats in their own trap.

It's one thing to get a guilty plea, but actually carrying the prosecution through to the conviction is a whole other matter.

It's that "discovery phase" that's a real minefield.

That's the lesson you should be learning here.

 

This case should be a lesson to everyone, the power of the DOJ in the hands of individuals without virtue, can destroy the lives of any one of us. All they need to do is twist our justice system into a political weapon. They can bankrupt any of us with legal fees. They have the unlimited financial and manpower resources of the federal government. You will be lucky to have one lawyer costing you $1,000-$10,000 and hour, while the DOJ has dozens of lawyers on the government payroll to prosecute you.

Flynn sold his house, he was bankrupt when the DOJ threatened to start going after his son. Flynn did what any father would do, fall on the sword to protect his family.

 

Can you prove to us how he's guilty, and of what he's guilty of?

Right from the get go it was clear that Al Qaeda and other of the same ilk "were" the anti Assad rebels - and there were no "moderates" of any significance - right from the start.

Yet the Administration went forth - leading a multi nation coalition - to arm, support and supply a radical Islamist proxy army led by Al Qaeda/Al Nusra. In the beginning the operation was covert - run by the CIA - later on - roughly 2014 it became overt.

Benghazi was one of the covert actions - moving weapons from Libya to Syria. Hillary Lied to congress when asked a Question with respect to arms from Benghazi to Syria by Rand Paul in 2014

Massive amounts of weapons were being shipped into Syria from all over the world - they transferred much of the left over equipment from the War in Yugoslavia into Syria. Movies will be made in the future of this arms bonanza.

In less than 2 years the radical Islamist Proxy army managed to take over most of Syria. The cities were turned into Strict Sharia Nightmares - dark age style - complete with rape, forced marriage - daily executions - and genocide.

In late 2013 the various factions and the foreign fighters coalesced into a new Islamic State (IS) ISIL - ISIS. They had an economy - ran infrastructure - police - and of course Sharia Courts.

In 2014 - Obama's Dog ISIS went off its leash and went into Iraq. This caused a problem - now we were supporting ISIS in Syria - but fighting them In Iraq.

The propaganda machine ramped up and Obama starts going around claiming there are Moderates among the Anti Assad rebels - and states that we will be arming the these "moderate rebels" with Sophisticated US technology. This had already been occurring covertly - but now .. once a new Islamic State had been formed - this and factions under Al Qaeda/Al Nusra were the one's conducting the war. There were no "moderates" - and the one's that were claimed to be moderate "FSA" were Al Qaeda/ISIS. You can watch video's of FSA commanders giving congratulatory speech directly to ISIS fighters as they take over an air base... calling Al Nusra his brothers who make up a part of their fighting force.

There are many smoking guns. A big one though is Flynn - who has done interviews stating how the DIA was warning the Obama Administration.

The History books have been written - and the Chapter on Syria will not be kind to Obama's Legacy - and Flynn is a marked man for exposing those Dirty Deeds.

 

Flynn's fate is now in the hands of U.S.District Judge Emmet Sullivan who was less than impressed with Flynn the first time he was in his court. He may just decide to hold an inquiry into what role our president and his puppet Attorney General have played in trying to get the case against Flynn dismissed.

 

And? That some how excuses the behavior of the FBI.

It’s Judge Sullivan’s decision and I doubt he’ll call a hearing any time soon. I doubt he’ll settle for anything less than a hearing after reading the A.G.’s brief. A brief that is guaranteed to piss him off. As it has the majority of the DOJ.
