Father and son charged with murder of Georgia jogger.

This new video it may actually be him trespassing and attempting to steal equipment. For those who don't care to watch it I'll give a synopsis of it.

He is walking on the road, checks to see if the coast is clear, enters a construction site, you can see him walking through the house from a window, and he runs away. Clearly the neighbor who came outside didn't recognize this person ever being on the site and called the cops. Fairly strange behavior for someone just out for a jog if it happens to be him.

And unfortunately for the radical racists IT IS NOT THE DECEASED entering the building under construction!!

 

Looks like it is him. Camera from outside the site and cameras from within.

 

So he was killed for trespassing?

 

No, but it is one small piece of circumstantial evidence that he may have been the neighborhood burglar.

Or at least, those following him may have had some reason to suspect he could have been the burglar, since he (or a man matching his description) had been spotted trespassing into the site before.

 

Those who knew him say it definitely is not him. I personally have no idea what either of them look like close up, I'm going by what was reported on tonight's news, which said those who knew the deceased said that was not him.

 

So what? How would they know whether it was him better than anyone else seeing that camera footage at the construction site?

In any case, the man certainly does seem to match the description.

 

The commentator on the news video says this was shot the same day that the deceased was shot???

He was jogging and was pursued the fact that you don't like his pants is not an excuse for a death sentence.

I never said it was. What was an excuse for a death sentence is trying to grab a man’s gun away from him. That will get you shot and deservedly so.

No because he tried to take someone’s gun out of their hand. That’ll get you shot anywhere and no matter what color you are.

Given the grossly disproportionate level of violent crime they commit and the fact he looked like a suspect of a burglary, had been seen either brandishing or pretending to brandish a firearm previously and was seen peeping into a house being constructed gives ample reason to pull a gun.

But here’s a tip. If someone pulls a gun on you, REGARDLESS of why, and doesn’t shoot you immediately it’s probably not the best idea to try to take it from them. Especially when there’s two or three other people there with guns.

 

Georgia law doesn't allow them to do that. They had to witness a felony in order to accost him. They did NOT witness a felony

Maybe not and while they’ll certainly be prosecuted for that, they DO have the stand your ground law. And in ANY stand your ground situation if someone tries to take your gun from you, you have every right to shoot them dead.

 

Yes they being black. You know, the ones who represent 13% of our total population and yet commit 52% of our total murder, 33% of our total rape and are overrepresented in literally EVERY category of violent crime that we keep track of. Whereas not ONE other race is overrepresented in even ONE category of violent crime, much less every single one of them. Yes that “they”.

And no the murder wasn’t racially motivated. The murder occurred because he tried to take someone’s gun out of their hand. It wouldn’t have mattered if he was black, white, Chinese, Nicaraguan or a Martian. They would have gotten shot for trying to take a gun out of someone’s hands. As they should.

He was by the way stalked and cornered...and then threatened with a gun. His efforts to defend himself are not a "reason" to kill him.

 

Stand your ground does not give you the right to accost someone with a gun...after stalking them down the street and cutting them off with a truck.

If I chase you down because I don't like the way you look (or maybe I want to rob you)...point a gun at you ...can I use that defense if you try to take the gun from me? Was I standing my ground?
