    It seems the public had a problem with this young man stealing, attempted stealing and other crimes....like authority and violence which eventually got him killed.

    “Take a seat for what?” Arbery snaps back. “I don’t know nothing about no TV. … I don’t steal no TV.”

    Another man, presumably a Walmart employee, approaches and the police officer tells him, “it’s that one right there with the fur jacket” — suggesting Arbery — and the man nods.

    Nothing was there to steal it seems. But he was certainly looking for something. It’s like porch pirates who grab a package and then the owners yell at them through their RING, then they bolt or just make excuses like they they thought it was their friends house. They didn’t technically steal anything because they ran instead. They’re still pieces of ****.

    Not just "claimed was a criminal." Arbery was, objectively, as a matter of fact, a criminal.

    Intentions matter on defining the charges

    murder 1 - off the table when the black victim charged the shooter.

    Murder 2 - a possibility, but could result in an Acquittal because the victim charged the shooter.

    Manslaughter - best chance at a conviction, but the new Black DA will probably try for Murder 2.

    The newly released video shows that the victim was not the outstanding citizen portrayed by the MSM.

    Ok, ol boy was a piece of crap, that still gave those two no right to go confront him with guns. They should have called the cops, and they wouldn’t be looking going on trial for murder. This was a completely avoidable situation.
