    Just one more friendly reminder about how Pence's neck was in the noose here, and that led the FBI to worry about what Flynn told Pence...

    Umm yes it is. The Logan act is the fbi attempting to throw crap against the wall, hoping something sticks. Literally nobody has been found guilty of violating the Logan Act.

    Possibly because nobody was dumb enough to violate it over the phone to a man likely being surveilled by US authorities??

    In Flynn's defense, he was on vacation in the Carribean at the time... I'd go with the Pina Colada defense myself...
