Actually if it is an allowed technique then the officer is not going to be held legally responsible for murder. Negligent homicide perhaps, but not murder. How is it that anyone needs to be told this? One would think that with all the trials over this stuff over the decades that people would have a fundamental comprehension of the law.
Well you must have been a pretty sorry one, since you don't know about which tactics are lawful and which ones aren't.
What do you have to back that up, other than your opinion. .....and yet the biggest beneficiaries of AA are WHITE WOMEN. The entire nation should be outraged. Give me an example of a white person who has been murdered by police as Eric Garner or George Floyd were. Well you have a right to your opinion. The only way this changes is the law has to change.
it’s illegal. It does not matter if it’s a department approved technique. It is against the law. It’s felony murder 3 You would think so. But you insist on being wrong for some reason.
Comparing the number of whites killed by black folks as compared to the number of black folks killed by police is stupid. The police are supposed to uphold the law, not break it. Also it's amazing how folks like you don't have a problem when someone white is killed by another white person.
I believe Floyd's family have requested an INDEPENDANT AUTOPSY. If this autopsy did not acknowledge that a knee to the throat for almost 9 minutes was not the main cause of death, then the doctor who performed the autopsy is obviously either a stooge or a quack.
It looks like felony capital murder to me, but MN does not seem to have a "Felony Murder Rule" statute that really fits the facts known so far. Alas. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.185 "Office of the Revisor of Statutes 2019 Minnesota Statutes Chapter 609... 609.185 MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE. To be honest I do not want to see a cop with his knee on the neck of any citizen. The race of the guy is meaningless. Let's treat it that way.
It’s the fact and I effectively supported it. You dont have to like it, as I know you don’t. But it’s true nonetheless. And yes the nation is outraged in a way they never would be were the races reversed.
