Oh he wasn't hurting him, he was just keeping his neck stable until the paramedics arrived.

Yeah we saw that "hammer" going down.... when Donald wanted to have a picture, he had to peaceful protesters shot at with rubber bullets and tear gassed away. Always good to know that such a fascist rapes the constitutional rights of the people for a foto opportunity. Donald is turning the US into a total joke. Use the army to shoot at protesters who almost all do not carry a weapon. Right...

It wasn't too long ago when he tweeted this:
DO NOT KILL YOUR PROTESTERS. Thousands have already been killed or imprisoned by you, and the World is watching. More importantly, the USA is watching. Turn your internet back on and let reporters roam free! Stop the killing of your great Iranian people!“

Do note. The US police has a habit of shooting at the press and arresting them as well.

That is not a fact. That is something you imagined and keep trying to push despite 2 medical examiners saying otherwise. He died because his hear stopped from the pressure on his chest and neck. He did not die of a heart attack.

You seem to struggle with the difference between murder and self defense, with law and lawless, the truth and lies.

Seriously. You just used a racial slur against a minority and thought nothing of it.
    Your attitude is just disgusting.

I think I had enough of your bias about how people look or stand in some way.
    It's all you got going.

His life later took a different turn and in 2007 Floyd was charged with armed robbery in a home invasion in Houston and in 2009 was sentenced to five years in prison as part of a plea deal, according to court documents.

So the real George Floyd was an ex-burglar, a meth user, had two heart conditions and was on fentanyl (one of the most dangerous recreational drugs ever created) when he died. We really do have two Americas when people are rioting, looting, burning down buildings and being cheered on for it because a guy like this died when the cops pinned him down.

I once read an article about a black accountant who got fatally shot by the police when they invaded an apartment on the wrong floor. Total ****up. There were no riots. But people see the weepy cell phone footage of a guy like this and riot. Bizarre and shallow.

So it was OK to kill him live on video in the street like they did?

That peaceful kneeling protest of that American sportsman (I think it was somebody from that gain ten yards to a touchdown game) engendered how many tweets from President Donald Trump?
I wonder if any praised the peaceful nature of his protest, and I wonder if President Trump is even-handed and objective. From Europe one thing we remember was that one when somebody was killed by a car driven into a crowd, and President Trump being quick to say there are good people on both sides.
I do have a question. If I were an American, but anti fascist, does that now make me a terrorist?

Blurring different issues does not absolve police of guilt when they use egregious and excessive force, beyond what was necessary, to subdue and arrest a suspect. To focus on every other issue except the inappropriate police response is disingenuous at best. The police brutality is part of the whole and complete picture.

It is too bad the anarchists who are the majority of the arsonists and rioters (and majority white) have diverted the focus away from police brutality and onto themselves and their criminal behavior. The main news topic changed quickly from George Floyd and police reform to anarchy in America by a group of young, white, privileged, snot-nosed thugs.

If you go randomly setting cars, homes and buildings on fire, then yes.

I know, right? How in the world does an emotional reaction to a video pass as a scientific autopsy finding. They are trying to lynch the Police for doing their jobs. It's as bogus as Floyd's twenty dollar bill.

If you don't, then you won't be arrested for terrorism.

If a group of anti-fascists march down your block chanting "Death to Nazis", do you care? You may even join them.

If they march down your block setting all the houses on your block ablaze, do you feel terrorized by them while your house is burning down, even if you generally sympathize with anti-fascism?

For practical purposes, "domestic terrorism" applies to individual actions of members of a group, on a case by case basis. The FBI may investigate some people who are known coordinators of Antifa gangs, but unless a crime is committed, they can't do much legally.

The only people being lynched are these poor coppers. You really think the autopsy paid for by the suing family was 'independent'?

not according to the video. it clearly shows murder in the 3rd degree, as Floyd was handcuffed with his hands behind his back, laying face down on the pavement and not moving.

Yes because they're restraining him? No murder, he died because he had underlying health conditions and resisted arrest.

How so? Surely the ME report said it was a combination of factors?

you can't knee a mans carotid artery for 8 minutes while he is handcuffed, lying face down on the pavement and not moving.
of course. But the facts remain, the officer illegal actions contributed to the death of Floyd, which is murder 3.
