    You're forgetting that Holmes hid the fact the tech didn't work from the board and investors. She literally lied to them about it. You're going to need a lot more evidence to even be able to ask probing questions reasonably, much less to pin anything on the man.
    To be clear: You're going to need evidence of him actually knowing the tech didn't work. Which is going to be hard because apparently Holmes and her partner hid that from everyone.
