If there was a truly independent AG and Department of Justice that investigation would be over and it would find no cause no material impropriety and the case would have already been dropped. Barr is Trump's personal lawyer and does not serve the American people.

 

In hindsight, should we have used the WHO kits? Yeah, but if we had it would've been extremely petty(or viewed so by left wing sources) since those kits were meant for second world developed countries, not the USA. I will agree with you that the travel ban was not as extensive as it should have been, but just like with the kits: If he had, impeachment #2/3(which seems to be coming anyway, the madam Speaker has absolutely NO other remedies for this country.)

I do think the President should be governing with abandon, the Republican Party isn't as supportive as it could be, the speaker is frankly delirious, now we do need executive fiat more than ever.

Oh, to the contrary I can get Page and Strzok convicted of obstruction of justice in a trial of their peers. Literally, you can have Amy Jackson as the judge, with every Democrat from Oregon and I can still prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they obstructed justice in editing the emails.

Well, it isn't the first time MSNBC have hired a known felon. So, it isn't like it is surprising or anything. And of course MSDNC understand why they would get a reaction from it. MS Page seems to be one of the lead conspirators making MSDNC a co-conpirator now. Perhaps their legal team were taking a nap...

In a fair trial one where there is no Trump administration corruption and ( assuming you can get an indictment) it would have to be proven that there indeed was actually editing but that it was material to the investigation case. For example if the emails were evidence it needs to be proven not only that editing occurred but that it was material to the court case or investigation.

 

That's what the whole Flynn situation is about! Page even bragged that her lover's edits were so awful she could barely read it. That's one of the many reasons that it will be easy to get a conviction, they bragged about it and then Page was like "there's so many ways this can go off the rails!"

(You'll never get a more clearer admission of guilt from a defendant, ever.) In the face of that overwhelming evidence, that's why I say I could prosecute this case in front of Amy Jackson herself and get a conviction.

 

MSNBC most likely hired her so they can draw curious viewers and they can see for themselves what's she's all about. My guess it that many of the people the left woo never heard of her because her name rarely appeared in a headline which is usually the only part of a story the left reads. Once the novelty has worn off they'll kick her to the curb faster than the IRS can crash a hard drive.

 

I did mean Ivana in this case but did you that for my ethnic group Ivanka is a knickname for the formal name Ivana. Melanka is a knickname for Melania. I new a couple old WWII Vets whose wives formal names were Melania but I knew them as Melanka. I recall this because I was part of a small group of Vets who puts flags on Veterans graves and some of the guys have monument stones that show their wives names since they are buried side by side. We may have an Ivana whose nickname was Ivanka among the older generation of course. Most all of us baby boomers have "American " first names.

 

Still needs to pass above the materiality bar. Intent not so much but the defense could try to use res ipsa loquitur if they could sell it as a tort case. Used in insurance cases to establish liability. Probably laughed out of court but hey try anything.

They edited it, not for factual purposes but for the purpose of securing that conviction(if they could get it.). Thus, they interfered in the judicial proceeding.

I'd love to get Page under oath to ask her what she meant by "it'd go off the rails", please be even more specific in your guilt ridden message.

 

There was an attempt to remove Trump from office. You could even say there have been several attempts. And the Dems aren’t finished yet; they won’t stop until Trump is out of office either next year or in 2025.

 

And later demoted him to weekends just like CNN that keeps their "Afro-Americans" on weekends. That way the chief of the network does not have to ask "Where is my Afro-American" al la Trump.

There was one and only one attempt at removal from office as long as we are being honest. Impeachment by the House followed by removal by the Senate is the one and only path for removal from office that Inam aware of . I repeat there was never any coup in the US.
