    I don't think the bear cares about the sticker one way or the other. It bothers the snow flake hypersensitive tolerant liberals more than anyone else. Just another emotional idiotic issue to get wrapped around the axle about.

    Why is there a reward for information about this?
    Is there some kind of law that one cannot put campaign stickers on a bear's collar?
    Why wouldn't everyone in the vicinity claim to know who did it for $5K?
