The courts would probably say so.

I thought that it was widely recognised among Americans.

Asking you to provide proof of what you claim is trolling is it? Haha

No, but his not being guilty of any charges does.

Trump will be blamed for everything including racism even though no one can point to a single racist quotation...ever. He’s going to be blamed for warmongering even though unlike his two predecessors he’s not extended the US military anywhere.

And when Biden is elected and both houses of Congress go Democrat and the economy does not improve due to heavy new taxes, Trump will be blamed for that too and for years afterward.

I think Americans won’t put up with Democratic blame shifting come the midterms. Pelosi will likely not run again citing some nonsense about family if she is coherent enough to say anything.

Why do you need proof of something which you know about? You wouldn't ask me to provide an example of the murder law being applied would you?

He feels Trump is evil so there is no allegation that can’t be true.

"WHEN Biden is elected and both houses of Congress go Democrat?" You don't sound very optimistic about a Trump victory, perhaps for good reason.

Why makes you think she won't run again?

Presumably if the Supreme Court completely manufactured the right for white people to kill black people, you would be for taking away that right. My point? Not all rights are good.

No idea whatsoever. The normal modus operandi is to just make up anything that sounds bad and throw it out there and see if it sticks anywhere. It requires zero rational or factual support.

It’s not, which is why I never claimed it to be. You must have me confused with someone who did say murder is a “right”.

If you watch her interviews it is clear that she is not processing properly. I’m not trying to sound partisan as I saw this with Reagan as well. It should be clearer as time passes.
The US Dems were given two great gifts that they maximized to their advantage. COVID and George Floyd. The first they can blame Bush for (although Europeans did not blame their leaders even though the proportional death numbers in a number of countries are much higher) the second energizes African American voters and making it simpler for them to vote by mail because of the virus cements the two.

The republicans don’t stand a chance and will be in the wilderness for two years.

They will likely find younger more energetic candidates that will stand against the AOCs Tlaibs and Omars and present a wild contrast against the young and entitled Democrats.

    2002 will be fascinating politically!

IMO you are discounting too much the many millions of silent commoners who will vote for Trump and Republicans. This includes millions of the Democrat base (including many who have voted Democrat for decades) who are very angry with the current Democrat leadership and radicalism. It is anecdotal but indicative that there were a number of call-ins from Democrats at the C-SPAN televised Kavanaugh and Barr hearings that said they had voted Democrat straight for many years but will never vote Democrat again.

Well I hope you are right. I will return to the US to vote if I can and will vote for Trump on the SCOTUS issue alone.
If it were not for that issue, I’d like to see the US Dems take it all and then be accountable for all.
They will blame Trump all the way to the midterms and the voters in the US will not buy it!

You're pretending that just because something is a RIGHT it is good and therefore cannot be taken away. You're wrong.
