Yes, but they don't say it's ongoing, or intentional. They also don't give any sources for their allegations, not even a picture. However, the photos of the agricultural produce below the text contradict the assertions about contaminated, dry, barren fields.

Israeli Arabs are routinely buying their groceries, fruit and vegetables, from markets over the green line. It's cheaper. They also sell these products in their stores, and many Israeli Jews are buying them. We all eat them. Do you seriously think Israel would contaminate fields that feed its own population?

It's very hard to find out details about a story that doesn't mention any significant data about the events it supposedly describe. The only house demolished in a neighborhood of Jerusalem that day, to the best of my knowledge, is the illegally built al Tahan family house. Here's the story, from an anti-Israel source, so biased:

It is much easier for many of us who have not been systematically targeted by the structures that make up governments and societies to believe that the responsibility for this loss lies with the family, rather than in the laws that led to their home’s destruction. In fact, building and zoning laws in Israeli-controlled spaces all across Historical Palestine work specifically to further Jewish settlement (supported by the Nation State Law among many others) while deterring Palestinians from building the structures they need to support their most basic needs: shelter, education, and so on.

Do such laws exist? What would be your explanation for the destruction of the home?

The primitive rockets sometimes used by the Palestinians generally follow an Israeli provocation and are followed by a disproportionate Israeli response.

Israel's "Provoke-then-Massacre" strategy (1) is an old strategy used to ethnically cleanse what little remains of Palestinian land.

As I understand it only a Jew has the right to self determination not an Israeli

 

The video is clearly staged.

The license plates on the car in the video are Israeli. The house being demolished was in Israel, and the only house demolished that day belonged to the al Tahan family. The law being applied in this case is the Israeli law, the same law that applies to all Israeli citizens and residents.

When I said the site is biased, I had a damn good reason for it. Ras al Amud, where that house was, is Israeli territory, not in the areas controlled by Israel over the green line. Yet the author of the post treats it like it's not Israeli territory, like different laws apply. It's a lie.

Israel's Supreme Court ruled that the same laws apply to Israeli citizens and to Palestinians in areas controlled by Israel. I don't know of any laws that are different for Palestinians, except for confiscation of land for military purposes, which is permitted in international law.

I understand there is some argument about the translation of the word settlement. But it would appear that Israels basic law discriminate between Jewish and Israeli settlement, please correct me if I am wrong.
