No, but I'm not comfortable with Biden or Trump either.

    Yet more bovine excrement!

Anyone born WITHIN the JURISDICTION of the Law of the Land meets the definition of a "natural born citizen" regardless of the status of their parents at that time.

Your OPINION has zero impact on the actual wording of the Constitution.

Kamala Harris is Constitutionally QUALIFIED to be either VP or POTUS.

So, why didn't any of her opponents in the primary take note of that?

Probably because they're as constitutionally ignorant as most others are, but ignorance is not an excuse for subverting the constitution.

Sorry, but your politically biased opinions don't matter, the truth matters, and this is the truth:

At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

    - 1875, Chief Justice Waite

So unfortunately for you, your VP nominee Harris is NOT a "natural-born" citizen, but instead a citizen "alien" or "foreigner;" having been born on US soil, but to "alien," or "foreign" parents.

Joe isn't dead yet, and I'm not beating him. The constitution is alive and kicking though, and it's kicking hard on the alien Harris.

Whatever misogyny she might receive, we can all rest assured that she fully deserves it.

Black always brings out the Birthers.

"As a legal matter, the claim is laughable: Both long-standing Supreme Court precedent and well-established federal policies recognize that a person born in the United States is a citizen under the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. But to get caught up in the legal doctrine is to miss the point: In questioning the citizenship of Harris — the first woman of color on a major party ticket and the second woman of color ever to run for vice president, after Charlotta Bass in 1952 — Trump is once again reaching into the traditional playbook of American White supremacy. Throughout the country’s history, debates over citizenship have always been deeply entwined with racialized notions of who should be considered a “real” American.

The Supreme Court flatly rejected these arguments in Wong Kim Ark in 1898, holding that constitutional birthright citizenship encompassed all those born within the United States, with the exception of children born to foreign diplomats, members of invading armies or members of Native American nations.

None of these efforts has ever gained traction in the courts or in Congress. So why do they persist? Efforts to narrow birthright citizenship are expressions, either explicit or implicit, of a desire to preserve a racial order that upholds White supremacy."

Birthright citizenship is not "natural-born" citizenship. You write so much but know so little.

    Jus soli + jus sanguinis

Right of soil (born on US soil) = birthright citizenship.

Right of soil (born on US soil) + right of blood (born to citizen parents) = natural-born citizen.

    Case closed.

Yes, this case is settled law.

But thanks for proving my point.

They did no such thing. Why would the founders require a unique "natural-born" citizenship status, for the president only, if it was the same grade of citizenship everyone else had?

Wong Kim Ark was born on US soil, so yes, he was awarded birthright citizenship, just like the alien Harris was. But he was born to Chinese parents. So no, he was not, nor never was, a "natural-born" citizen; just like the alien Harris is not, nor never will be a "natural-born" citizen; having been born to alien parents.

It's Natural Born Citizenship to be president, not birth citizenship. That court proceeding had nothing to do with the 'Natural' Born.

Quick to change her principles. She'll go further left on command. Used to be pro law enforcement now she prefers "black savages" that assasinate cops!

Kamala Harris will make a wonderful Vice-President. The birthers may as well go away. We all know if she was White there would be no talk about her qualifications for the job, even if she had been born outside the USA.

    President Joe Biden
    Vice-President Kamala Harris

Yeah - I gotta tell you, almost every teacher at my school is better qualified to run this country than Trump, Biden, Pence, or Kamalla. And the ones that aren't - are the ones under 35.

That quote does NOT support your BOGUS allegations since it does NOT address the FACT that she was BORN within the JURISDICTION of our Constitution thereby COMPLYING with the NATURAL BORN aspect that DEFINES citizenship.

In case you didn't know, using caps doesn't make your post any more sensical, it just makes it full of senseless caps.

You obviously have nothing to back up your senseless claims, so I'm not quite sure why you keep posting them.

But if caps are your game, then here are some bold caps for you:

BEING BORN ON US SOIL MAKES ONE A CITIZEN, BUT IT "DOES NOT" MAKE THEM A "NATURAL-BORN" CITIZEN UNLESS THEY WERE ALSO BORN TO "CITIZEN PARENTS."

    PERIOD.

You mean like Cruz and Rubio?! Are they both a secret black or something?

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bi...ble-to-be-president-are-dangerous-say-experts

Anyways, that interpretation of natural born has never been the legal interpretation throughout history. Also it makes no sense to specify 'natural' born unless they meant something more than just being born in the USA and I don't think they were worried about synthetically grown humans becoming president in the 1800's
