GOP Senate report on Biden son alleges conflict of interest

    Two Republican-led Senate committees issued a politically charged report Wednesday alleging that the work Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's son did in Ukraine constituted a conflict of interest for the Obama administration at a time when Biden was engaged in Ukraine policy as vice president.

    But the report said it was ultimately "unclear" what impact Hunter Biden's position on the board of a Ukrainian gas company had on Obama administration policy with regard to Ukraine. And it offered no evidence to support one of President Donald Trump's more incendiary allegations — that Joe Biden pressured Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor as a way to protect his son.

    The report includes only six references, including in footnotes, to Shokin and does not expose new information about any role Biden may have had in his ouster.

    Oh my, you got him now.... Unfortunately, Hunter Biden working for a Ukrainian company WAS a clear conflict of interest, even if he and Joe never did anything concrete to exploit this.

    But it's still WORLD's better than having your daughter working directly in your administration and your son-in-law essentially running it.

    Another GOP report bites the dust... HARD.... and that's not easy to do with all the dentures in this crowd.

    Next up, John Durham indicts the woman in the FBI IT department for allowing Kevin Clinesmith to have EMAIL access...

    Or does anybody still think Durham has anything of value??

    That's a clear no... Clinesmith pleaded guilty, because he did something illegal, so that's 1 tier justice.

    Your problem is your "investigators" cannot make sloppiness illegal...

    Of course it was a conflict....the Biden is coated in corruption.....this doesn't even touch on the billion dollar Chinese Hedge fund....

    Corruption, they knew as early as January 2017 that the fable told to us was false.(I could argue they knew as soon as September of '16).

    And they lied to us, they lied to you. In other words they made statements of false candor to the House and Senate committees.

    In other words, they did the same crime as Roger Stone. They should be prosecuted for lying.

    This explains why the Dems were so opposed to calling Joe or his son as witnesses in the hoax impeachment hearings....and further exposes that the telephone call was perfect and the impeachment a shame

    The Bidens were clearly running a scam in Ukraine

    Ratcliff and the former German Ambassador released the House transcripts showing they not only failed to verify, they also had no reason to believe any of the material allegations were true.

    If a similar whistleblower came out and revealed that Bush lied about WMD, you'd be incensed.

    And let us not forget that there were ties to a Romney offspring, as well as others. It isn't difficult to understand why there is so much political pressure being exerted here to keep this under wraps...

    Federal agents agents falsifying documents in order to deceive a federal court into granting a warrant to spy on an American citizen on false pretexts is nothing to joke about.

    Once upon a time Lefties and Demokrats were concerned about this sort of thing - or at least pretended to be concerned - but not anymore.

    I'm mystified as well... apparently, there is all this alleged lying to Congress somewhere, where the 2 best PROVEN examples (Stone and Cohen) were prosecuted.

    Oh Boo Hoo... nobody prosecutes when it's not the fascists lying...

    Except for the FACT that the current AG is a doormat and would prosecute if there was anything to prosecute. A convenient fact left out of every Boo Hoo post...

    huh? how can a 1040 show conflicts of interest? It only shows your income for the year....we know of any Trump conflictrs via the detailed Fin Disclosures that have been publicly released.

    The US Senate did an investigation and concluded a clear conflict of intererst between then VP Biden, running the Ukrainian issues for Obama, and Biden's son working for the corrupt company....not sure who Johnson is, this is the US Senate.
