No doubt I mean how many heard the MSM lie that it was the wrong apartment or she was in bed or it was a no knock warrant. Even in the press conference the stupid NYT said, well in our investigation found one that was awake and said they knocked and yelled out Louisville police but there were other that said that woke up and said they didn't hear that. Lady, that's what you call reasonable doubt. The AG said the witnesses were in front of the grand jury and asked any question they wanted and determined it was a knock and call out warrant. Pure BS as usual by the MSM.

Considering the courts already caught the cops lying, I take this with a grain of salt.

When the boyfriend shot first he hit a cop in the leg requiring surgery. His intent to kill was clear.

Wow - completely different story than the media portrayed!!!! And these BLM idiots calling for "Justice" really make zero sense now. Looks like it was a legit shootout and "Breonna" got in the way. Unfortunate circumstance but I guess that is what happens when you answer the cops with bullets. Oh well. Guess the feral idiots will burn the city down tonight and blah blah blah.

I guess anyone living in downtown Louisville better go stay with relatives or find a hotel.

My apologies for my error; I had heard from another news source that Miss Taylor was in bed. They did not mention that she had gotten up. Here is a more accurate & complete story from the NY Times:

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/article/breonna-taylor-police.amp.html

From the article: "While the department had received court approval for a “no-knock” entry, the orders were changed before the raid to 'knock and announce,' meaning that the police had to identify themselves."

I did also hear the AG say that they'd announced themselves, which was heard by someone in a neighboring apt. That's not proof,
however, that the boyfriend, who fired at the police as they stormed in, had heard them, or that he wasn't merely reacting to the perceived threat of home invasion (the NY Times says their belief was that it was Breonna's ex-boyfriend).

Provided that when you say, "in the hall," you mean, "...of her apartment," it sounds like you have the story right.

You seem to know an awful lot about what was admitted or not during the Grand Jury proceeding here. You understand that Grand Jury proceedings are secret and even the attorney's can't talk about it...... right?

So who has been telling you these stories about just what the Grand Jury was walked through? Are you just assuming here or are you claiming knowledge?

That is exactly how I understood that story to be as well. I wonder if that started from one of the "credible" news sources the progs claim is the highest source of legitimacy, or just social media propaganda. Either way it's crazy how many people will believe these kinds of stories with almost no proof and go "peacefully protest" a city to rubble.

That you describe the boyfriend as, "criminal scum," speaks to a less than open mind in the matter, but I'll answer you anyway, that I think his firing at people breaking into the apartment where he'd been sleeping probably says that he was reacting the way any gun-owner might to a perceived threat.

I had initially used the Yahoo source because it was the the 1st I could find, but here is a better story, by the NY Times:

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/article/breonna-taylor-police.amp.html

Hmmm so intruders now knock and load enough for them to get out of bed? Yes they were in the hallway, she was killed tragically in the hallway. The intruder story makes no sense. Number 1 intruders don't knock. Number 2 if they didn't hear it they would've been in bed not standing in the hall ready to fire. Another possibility Number 3 they were up and heard it, he/they went to the hall or bedroom to get a fire arm when the door got knocked in he shot knowing it was the police.

They were not in bed the officer was shot at the doorway from the hall per evidence and ballistics. She was shot in the hall per ballistics and where here body was. The intruder story has been debunked completely.

You read in an article just exactly what evidence was and was not presented to a grand jury which only hours ago released its decision? Do tell.

I just heard NY Times reporter Rukmini Callimachi saying that, though ONE neighbor did hear the police announce themselves, the police trainer of these men had stated to her that, if done properly, everyone in the entire apt. complex should have heard them.

Well the city has to bring them the AG was a special prosecutor and didn't deal with that. It's interesting though, did the city cave to protest. Is that the new norm for dem lead cities?

They don't care, "hands up don't shoot" has been debunked as well. Sadly Louisville will burn tonight.

Your assumption and regardless of what the NYT says the grand jury actually heard directly from them. I will say though that one unbiased civilian account that matches the officers would create REASONABLE DOUBT, which if you understand the jury system would be all you need to find an officer innocent. The way it's going down it will be harder for this officer to get off.

You mean an evidence collection form time was changed to 40 minutes later. That's your big lie your trying to project. Please

Yes those city officials should be called to the carpet as to why they gave her parents and siblings 12 million taxpayer dollars (oh and I bet Crump got about 3 million of it to race bait it), not even her children whom she would have been a provider for for, and why they will not bring charges against the criminal boyfriend.

Not based on the facts of the case. They laid it out based on ballistic evidence confirmation done by the state and FBI. You can't change where the bullets were fired and where they ended up. Unfortunately a tragic death occurred because she was standing next to a guy firing and hitting a police officer as he entered.

Yea he was and his activities believed to be through that apartment, he fired at announced police. The charges are for the shots NOT fired at her and her criminal boyfriend but the ones reckless fired through the house that passed through to another apartment.
