He does not have the power to force people to open. Lifting restrictions, which is what he did, is not forcing open. He has not forced me to not wear a mask, face shield, or wash my hands... He cannot force me to sit in a small inadequately ventilated room, bar, eating establishment, or car where the odds of getting Covid increase. He can't force Taco Bell...to stop using the drive-thru and open the inside to customers.

Pretty much, thing is though, the areas being hit hard were cities mostly, like in my area on the beachside there were few cases, because the beach is not the problem, which they closed for a day, and I violated that order, but across on the mainland in the center of the city was where most cases were and continue. Like say for instance, Buses, which are common in cities, and mostly poor blacks...ride them, don't let us open the windows anymore; all it takes in one spreader...
