Why Do People Hate Doctor Fauci?

Fauci initially downplayed the coronavirus, comparing it to the flu! He also opposed hydroxychloroquine while initially downplaying masks. Fauci has stated that he diminished the importance of masks to ensure that nurses and doctors would have an ample supply.

Fauci has made a wide range of statements in the past he's had to walk back. Such as approving of Tinder hookups and Luxury Cruise Ships during the coronavirus lockdown.

Anthony Stephen Fauci is an American physician and immunologist who has served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) for many years. Thus, he has a level of credibility high above most medical professionals. And yet, his actions during the pandemic have been nearly comical.

Photos of Fauci without a mask in public while he publicly demands governments "forcefully" push mask mandates. Statements by Fauci praising Governor Cuomo, who's universally known to have mishandled the virus.

And who could forget when Fauci claimed that Americans "Don't believe in science and authority". That condescending attitude is tarnishing his legacy far more than any internet complaints ever could.

There really is no denying it. Fauci has made countless mistakes during the Coronavirus pandemic.

 

25 years ago I came to the realization that hatred harms the person holding it. It is bad for the soul and counterproductive to quality of life.

I don't hate Fauci, but I recognize him as a criminal and a traitor to this country. Gates, Tedros, Redfield and many others should be on the same indictment as Anthony if we had a functional criminal justice system in this country.

Perhaps it was the Disenfectant or the bleach that made his reallise that he could no longer do what he was told if he ever wanted to have another job.

I do not think he is to be respected. With regard to the masks even if he wanted to keep them for Hospital Staff, and that is a big if, there was no reason he could not have encouraged people still to wear them. If Hospitals made deals with people they would get them first. Someone was selling them on ebay here because the Government did not want them. I think the reason for lying about whether masks were any good was because clearly they had not acted as they should have and prepared for a potential pandemic. Instead Trump destroyed the preparations made by Obama. Had they acted as they should have they would have masks for all of the people instead of telling them to go around with any 'face covering'. I don't hate the guy but he does not appear to have much integrity.

 

The same reason they hate anyone else who isn't trying to pretend COVID-19 is trivial. Add to that the "spats" he's had with Trump. Nobody questions Dear Cult Leader's narratives and gets away unflamed.

 

Because Trump picked a feud with him, and Fauci rose above Trump’s tawdry games.

No one worthy of a second thought hates Fauci. Adults have more important things to worry about than such people.

 

First sentence is very good. Second paragraph is terrible. Incompetence is not a crime in the U.S.

 

Incompetence in government is frequently the hallmark of government, and not only in the US. Incompetence in the US is often rewarded in government.

 

Fauci is GUILTY...of not toeing the Trump line

 

Fauci got one prediction right, he said if we do everything right we could still have 200,000 deaths.

Some states waited far too long to close down (Florida)

We opened too soon and too haphazardly.

We didn't have enough tests available (and still don't)

We didn't mandate or even encourage MASS mask usage
