    Why is he not a flight risk??? Jacob Blake the victim of the 9 police bullets in his back was also released from the hospital, he is headed for some type of rehabilitation clinic in Chicago. They have not brought ANY CHARGES against him related to the day of his being shot. The officer who shot him is on temporary suspension, I'm assuming with pay???

    This cop spent a long time in jail for doing something the left finds abhorrent, he fought crime and a drug addicted woman abusing career criminal died a few hours before he naturally would have. Meanwhile, in liberal utopias, convicted murderers, repeat, CONVICTED MURDERERS, are being set free because they're illegals. Tell me again who the left loves and protects and who they hate.

    I know this is difficult for some to comprehend, but people in this country accused of a crime are innocent until proven guilty.

    I agree he's a flight risk, but only due to the possibility of mob violence, and the mob wanting blood and retribution, and the higher than usual possibility in this situation of receiving an unfairly long sentence, due to this being at the heart of something so politicized with angry public emotions.

    In light of all that, one has to ask whether that bail amount is excessive.

    I have to disagree on this one. He still knelt on Floyd's neck for over 10 minutes. Their was no reason for that. That is the one factor in this case that will damn him.

    He did kneel, however another officer checked on Floyd several times. He wasn't actually causing any respiratory distress, but it looks bad from an outside perspective.
