Well Demography is destiny. The future belongs to those who show up, and in the case of Europe, in many countries, those people are Muslim. As far as France goes, it's very difficult to get accurate numbers on Middle Eastern, North African, or African peoples since unlike most countries, they're not counted that way in governmental census. But there are surveys. On taken in 2016 found that 25.5% French youths consider themselves Muslim. That's about 3 times more than what you usually see.

Interesting. It's in the interest of capitalism to have a large pool of cheap labour, hence the immgration from the Indian sub-continent to Britain. Always problems of assimilation when that happens.

Even if this turns out to be true, it wouldn't make it a Muslim country. A Muslim country, in my book, would have a Muslim president, a Muslim prime minister, a Muslim parliament, and vast majority of the population Muslims - Turkey comes to mind here. France is far, far away from that.
