    Who cares? D or R?

Thx for showing that it's possible for people of all positions have been taught to hate people because of skin color.
Or happy to blame a certain party of people when party isn't even part of the equation.
It shows how silly politics is on the topic. But I appreciate you showing how low Dems might go or non Dems can go.

Democrats should care, since most of these incidents of racist attack happen in majority Democrat cities.

    Even the fake ones.

Of course. I care about all Americans.

That's why I object to the Democrat's ideas that make everywhere they gain power more dangerous to everyone.

Of course this thread has nothing to do with any party. So your care about All Americans rings hollow.

But you had to go there. Not able to stay on topic.
Why the obvious deflection from you? Motive?

A simple 'no' would've been just as effective.

I know you'd like to paint the narrative that whites are taught to hate blacks, but that's a lie.

Not according to the lady in the OP.

She paints the covert skin color issue quite succinctly.

And her son is growing up with it at home. But hopefully, many school peer kids aren't confirming the bias.

The lesson from the incident is that if you see someone doing something foolish that might get them injured or killed, just keep on walking and mind your own business. They might want to die.

    Completely incorrect.

The baseless claim that systemic racism exists, and this is an example of it is based on a completely false logic. There is no logical way a reasonable person could come to that conclusion.

The objective reality is, racism exists but it is a small, insignificant issue in the U.S. And most of it is directed at white people, not coming from them.

This thread, is just a desperate attempt to pretend racism is a bigger issue than it really is.

Culture is turning away from this nonsense, little by little.

    1 person?

You're drawing your conclusion based on 1 person......again, you're pushing a lie. The honest thing to do would be to stop....i don't see that happening.

Yes, the topic of the OP.

Did you hear tRUMP ask Biden last night why he didn't end systemic racism in his 47 yrs in office.
Even tRUMP admit there's still systemic racism within the border of USA.

I think you're missing the point. That statement itself is racist. You've assumed that race plays some role in whether or not someone can convince a racist that racism is a fallacy. It's actually white supremacist to think that blacks can never do that.

At least we’ve gotten past the era where people used to say that we don’t have enough conversations about race in America.

    I've assumed nothing.
The statement was racist. Meaning the woman is racist. Meaning he son, per the OP, is being taught racism.

That's the whole point of the OP, that racism is a learned behavior.
    We aren't born racist.

I personally go with the definition or race and believe there's only 1 race, the human race. But different skin colors, heritages and ethnics.
So, I should say it wasn't a racist statement, but a statement of hate based on skin color. Often referred to by society as race.

My only claim in this OP is that society defined racism still exists. And I'll add that I agree with the OP article that it is taught.

Lol my God, tell me about it. It's how I know the Democrats are the true racists. They CAN NOT stop talking about race. Any issue. Any issue at all. "It disproportionately affects the black community. Better help these poor blacks that desperately need our progressive white help." Hitler himself couldn't brainwash better white supremacists than today's progressive "intellectuals".

Exactly. Articles like these are just simply white guilt. Of course these same people acknowledge that there may be racist blacks out there, they never go through the trouble to call them out or make an example out of them on this forum. They are only concerned with shaming whites and convincing them to give all of their opportunities away to POC

    Incorrect.

It was a rhetorical question. Nothign about that is admitting there is systemic racism in America today.

That is a purposefully dishonest take that democrats are putting out there simply because their actual arguments dont even begin to prove the claims they make about the myth of systemic racism.

Systemic racism doesn't exist. And what little racism does exist, most of it is directed at white people, not coming from them.

The word “systematic” is attached without understanding when that word should be applied. If you repeat a phrase long enough, people mindlessly repeat it.

“But a Black parent, no matter how wealthy or how poor they are, has to teach their child: When you are walking down the street, don’t have a hoodie on when you go across the street. Making sure that you in fact, if you get pulled over, just ‘Yes sir,' ‘no sir,’ hands on top of the wheel.”

    I read your opinion.
Most every black person will not agree with your opinion.

Anyone who is devastated by a word won't get that far anyway. I doubt this story is true. Sounds like Jussie Smollett part 2.

It doesn't matter how many black people disagree with me, that doesn't make them correct.

From an objective standpoint, there are rules in place that benefit black people over white people. Its acceptable in society to be racist towards whites, simply because of history.

    Its disgraceful.

Nonetheless its the world we live in, a world were racism is a very small portion of society, but most of it is directed at white people, not coming from them.

Also, everyone "has to" teach their child those lessons. That isn't unique to black people regardless of that fake news sources opinion on the matter.

This entire thread has been a complete fail at proving the objectively false notion of systemic racism.
