The Dem 3rd party ballot harvesters will be working for as long as they are allowed to after election day. Then it is on to the courts. There will be no actual victor on election night.
Big deal. Just b/c there may not be a winner declared on Election Night (while some states are still counting Mail-in ballots), that doesn't necessarily mean that the Courts will get involved. There Wasn't a Winner declared on Election Night 2004, either. Ohio was still counting Provisional Ballots and Bush wasn't declared the winner until the next day.

One ballot box per county, mail in ballots via USPS and people can vote in person. So where is the voter suppression?
Trump wants to challenge the count if the mail-in votes arrive after November 3rd even though they were mailed on time. Of course, if Republicans voted by a majority in the mail, Trump would fight tooth and nail to allow more time for the counting of votes.
The state election law states unambiguously, ballots must be received by the end of the election day. No ifs, no buts, no excuses, the state legislature explicitly refused to change the law. What part of the concept of the nation of laws do liberals have such an insurmountable difficulty grasping?
Those rules vary by state. You agree it’s fine to count late ballots if that states laws allow it right?

Yes of course it's fine... but that's not the case in Pennsylvania. Over the summer the state legislature there was presented with an amendment to the law extending the deadline and explicitly rejected it, keeping the end of the election day deadline. I don't advocate anything, it's what the state citizenry decides through their elected representatives, and it's totally in their power to keep the law or change it, if they choose to... Clearly the concepts of democracy and "the nation of laws" are entirely foreign to our liberal brethren. Sad.
