Whether or not I am a lawyer is irrelevant.

    I do know "something" though.

We conducted a free and fair election and Trump lost.

He needs to accept his fate and move on.

I'm more than happy to share that.

My lawyer friends told me differently. Let's watch how it plays out before jumping to conclusions.

    The process is completed.....sunshine.

He lost. He needs to accept that and move on and we are not here to provide therapy for his grief. He has plenty of money he can pay for that himself once he's out of office and has time on his hands.

Trump supporters sure love them some hyperbolic BS.
Maybe someone should start selling fake pearl strings for them to clutch? Maybe they could offer a discount to trade in a MAGA hat?

Lefty judges threw out legitimate law suits. That's the next excuse they'll move on to.

You've been misinformed by Maddow and AOC, the process ends when the Supreme Court says it ends. Not a moment sooner. Get over it and just be patient. Patience is a virtue, you know. Don't you want to look in the mirror and admire how virtuous you are?

I thought the constitution stated it ends at 12noon on the 20th January when if there is no conclusion the leader of the House becomes acting President?

Actually the process is over when Congress certifies the election. And if Congress feels the electoral college voted in bad faith they can reject their votes.

    Yes that is a fact.

If electoral college cannot come to a conclusion and a contingent election does not take place Pelosi becomes president

Well those American Citizen voters have as much right to express their opinions as you do but you'd be wrong in drawing the conclusion that they have any effect on my position.

My position is formed by the 75 plus million citizens who voted to install Joe Biden into office. An office he will assume on January 20th whether the man-baby likes it or not.

He'd need several favorable court wins before it even got to SCOTUS and the record, as it stands, shows that to be highly unlikely.

I have been patient for four years. As for the rest of it, I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and I care even less.

    He has lost.

    He will be going.

We were specifically talking about legal process.

And you Hillman, before Pelosi becomes president the House gets to elect President and the Senate gets to elect vice President. The House will elect Trump as republicans have more states in the house... and if by any insane chance they wont, then the Senate will elect Trump as VP and he'll serve as the P.

Lots of whats and ifs involved in your deflection. It ends at 12 noon on January 20th and not as you said when the Supreme Court decides.

2/3 of the house and 2/3 of the Senate are required for a contingent election to take place. Unless enough Republican house and Republican Senate members agree to elect Biden/Harris, the Democrats can refuse to allow a quorum to take place.

That means Pelosi becomes president until they work it out

wrong, 1 state = 1 vote in the House, the candidate who gets 26 states wins. Republicans had majorities in 27 states in the previous congress, will have majorities in at least as many or more states in the next one.

No 2/3 quorom, no vote can take place.

In the house or senate. So says the US Constitution.

If anything other than a normal transfer of power between candidates takes place, then Dirty Donald has succeeded in forever changing democracy as we have known it in the USA, and destroyed us in the eyes of the world.

You're confused, 2/3 (quorum) of the states are needed for the vote to take place. 26 votes are needed to win. The republicans have 27 delegations or more.

Democrat states can easily and legally deny the 2/3 quorom, unless enough GOP states agree to elect Biden.

Yes they are. And NEVER forget that. These people won't disappear just because trump is being hand fed in prison.

If it were my call, the Blue States would secede today. These trump lovers are not Americans by any definition that has ever mattered.

    Agreed, except to say:
