Anything the house decides is impeachable can be.

That is just the way it is.

Well kind of yes, but you still have to at least pretend there is a reason.

Well that is what I meant by no reason, they can put anything in the articles they want, it doesn't matter so that is no reason, it's irrelevant.

Pssst, Republicans were the ones pushing for mail-in ballots to be counted afterward. Yes, Trump lost the election. It's time for big boy pants now.

It's the first midterm which almost always goes opposite from the president and you lost tons of seats this election and I don't see anything to change that trend.

The election has come and gone. The EC plays their part on December 14th. Most States have laws governing how their EC will vote. Wishing upon a star for a couple dozen "faithless electors" or so is pure superstition. I entertained that idea back when it looked like Biden would only win enough states for 270, but now it's looking ridiculous.

Don't get your hopes up. Even though they have found lots of FRAUD so far and are STILL finding it in the daily, I highly doubt they will find ALL instances of FRAUD so it won't be enough to overturn everything. One good thing though. Remember how all the crazy cry baby lefties were saying Trump wasn't a legitimate president (with nothing to back it of course)....we can say this about BIDEN and actually back it with PROOF. So there's that at least, lol

Correct but congress defines what crimes qualify as those. Essentially the founders wanted congress to be able to impeach anyone at any time. That was pushed for by Jefferson who didn't trust a president until he became one of course.

Tons? we lost 2, that's still a lot but we have more.

The thing I see changing that trend is the sort of Republican bs that is happening right here, so please keep it up.

You were supposed to gain so yes it was a ton. And if you are losing after 4 years of Trump you aren't going to win with biden in there lol. And it's a midterm where your demographics don't vote like they do in a regular election.

You don't have anyone to direct your hate at now, its up to you guys to get things done and that isn't going to happen. You built up expectations so high that anything the democrats do will look like a failure.

Within reason, and while that is loosely true, you are not understanding the salient fact that the founding fathers assumed that learned men would act honorably.

inherit in that concept is the doctrine of good faith, that honorable men would act in good faith.

"Good faith" means not using the powers of congress in highly irresponsible ways, as you are alluding to, which, is, by the way, a cynical view.

    It's really quite simple.

Republicans voted against Trump but voted for Republican candidates down ballot. It is the Republicans in Congress and at the state levels that do the most work in the first place.

Being a Republican does not mean you're a Trump supporter.

“The attorney general said his office examined more than 1,000 complaints of ballots being invalidated by ink bleedthroughs and people using Sharpie markers, and that his office also conducted random audits of election precincts.

Those inquiries found no evidence of fraud, and "no facts that would lead anyone to believe that the election results will change," said Brnovich, whose wife Susan Brnovich was appointed to the U.S. District Court in Arizona by Trump in 2018.

Brnovich said the idea of significant fraud in Arizona is undercut by the fact that in many cases, voters "split their ticket."

"People voted for Republicans down ballot, but they didn't vote for President Trump, [or for incumbent GOP Sen.] Martha McSally ... that's the reality," Brnovich said.

"Just because that happened, it doesn't mean it's fraud."

The Dominion software was used in only two of the five counties that had problems in Michigan and Georgia, and in every instance there was a detailed explanation for what had happened. In all of the cases, software did not affect the vote counts.

In the two Michigan counties that had mistakes, the inaccuracies were because of human errors, not software problems, according to the Michigan Department of State, county officials and election-security experts. Only one of the two Michigan counties used Dominion software.

Issues in three Georgia counties had other explanations. In one county, an apparent problem with Dominion software delayed officials' reporting of the vote tallies but did not affect the actual vote count.

    stay tuned..

no way that a 77 year old who could only attract 30 people at rallies beat Trump with LEGAL votes... Trump even gained with non-whites and crushed it in ohio and florida... where there is integrity with election counts. Just so happens in the corrupt areas of philadelphia, detroit, milwaukee, atlanta is where biden got the votes (late votes) to make up defecits

LOL! I guess he reads protrumpnews.com. Maybe he should show some evidence instead of citing RW trash blogs that make up stuff. Trump fans, how long are you going to tolerate this? When will you say: Enough is enough?
