I'm sure you believe that, but others, including me, see it as preventing meddling in the election. All the evidence points in that direction.

FB and Twitter were not under any circumstances going to suffer the same fate they did in 2016. The laptop story is fake. You must know that by now. Social media protected the election; they didn't meddle.

 

There could very well have been rioting if that Trump guy won the election but that is not related to being an election denier.
Anyone can question the legitimacy of just about anything yet if "you" do so you are morally obligated to do so rationally and honestly and truthfully. Questioning the legitimacy of an election based on a whim or for pure revenge or just to sow the seeds of distrust against your political opponent as Trump has been doing is indeed the moral equivalent of treason albeit not legally treason. Falsely questioning anything and or making untrue accusations or bearing false witness against thy neighbor is wrong and immoral. Saying that MR. Biden is not a legitimate president is not only wrong but is immoral though not lreagally treason.

Problem is, mainstream media was publishing outright false information for too long. On their quest to destroy Trump, they succeeded, but at the cost of destroying their own reputations as well. How can you expect people to continue visiting their sites or watching their news, if it’s well known that whatever comes out of them can be outright false, or something that was taken out of context? If I want to read political commentary, I might as well just read it here.
I generally read news now by going to Google News, then Reuters, then Fox News, then Washington Examiner or New York Post. I also eliminated all personal identifiers on Facebook, like job info, college, school, even name, and now I just avoid visiting Facebook more than once per week.

What the left did with our mass media is despicable.

The refutation was posted literally on the first page. I distinctly remember seeing these headlines for several days after learning that it was wrong. Mass media did it right at the height of the Floyd violence.

This event made me realize that everything I know about Trump was based only on what the CEOs of these “news” organizations allowed me to know. That’s why I started visiting conservative news sources heavily - how else can you get another point of view? So, it really is true - these days, in order to form an independent opinion about something, you must read it in at least 2 versions from “news” organizations that favor opposing political forces.

I think thats a bad example, Trumps random ramblings often make it had to know what he’s actually talking about. What question was he asked? That would say a lot about how honest the reporting was.

Not really. There were a dozen campaign members actively engaging Russian agents or what they thought were Russian agents. Trump has yet to say a mean word about 3 world leaders that I know of, MBS, Putin, and Netanyahu. Trump has a lot of Russian ties, and Russian agents were caught actively hacking servers and laptops of the political parties.

That Mueller did not find enough evidence to make a criminal case was likely due to the chaotic campaign team that Trump ran. As Kushner said, they couldn't collude with themselves.

 

Trump was winning in the polls and America until covid 19 came along. The Democrats used the virus to hurt Trump.

Back in 2016 Trump called for unity after winning yet for 4 entire years the Democrats refused to accept Trump as president.

Actually, it’s a perfect example. Everyone knows Trump talks funny sometimes. Instead of clarifying the meaning of Trump’s statement they immediately went Breaking News on this, right at the time when most of the looting and rioting was happening, looking as if they were deliberately pouring fuel on raging fire.

Guys, you can’t stoke political violence, demonize entire race and profession, and blast outright lies on the global level just to trash a president from a party you don’t support! The Democratic Party went beyond despicable!

 

Russia did not influence or change a single vote in 2016 unless you know people who voted because Russia told them to.

Mabey Russia hacked the voting computers but that would prove Trump right that Domminium can be used to steal an election.

They made a mistake and corrected it. It was still a horrible statement since Trump was talking about squashing protests and riots using the National Guard and declaring victory. Like why would George be calling that a great day?
