I think the US has a contract for some 100 millions doses or so, which makes 50 million complete vaccinations, I think they have a option to buy more.
The EU has a contract of over 200 millions, with a 100 millions option. Brazil and other country bought, too.
Production capacity in Germany/Marburg ( lovely town, in my home state, as is Mainz, the pharmacy of the world ) will be 750 million doses in 2021. Maybe they can get it up to a billion. Total capacity as of now bioNtech and Pfizer will be in 2020 50 million doses, good enough for 25 million people.
Fore 2021 they estimate 1.3 billion.
Moderna a US company, mRNA, is a little short on money and size, warp speed participant, so no production estimates from them, jet..

One of Biden's advisors does not think that Americans should get first "dibs" on the slice that we will produce domestically. He thinks we should vaccinate some Americans and share globally before all Americans who want a vaccination get a vaccine.
