Funny! I went TDY ( temporary duty) a few times to Wright-Paterson AFB but did not meet the Roswell Aliens as late night talk shows say they were in hanger # 23. Even after drinking a lot at the NCO club I still did see any Roswell Aliens.

Poll watchers (designated or not) are not prison guards, they have no jurisdiction over the precinct besides watching. When precinct supervisor tells them that the counting is done for the day and closes the precinct they go home, they don't stand guard 24/7... When precinct supervisor and his/her associates are caught lying and illegally processing illegal votes they are to be punished according to the law and the illegal ballots are to be dealt accordingly.
