I agree the pardons were expected, not sure what the judge said is grounds for impeachment, I guess it depends on his juridictional seat and their rules.

Not at all. Your opinion of government aside. I agree with the judge, which is why I wrote he was correct. That doesn't make me woke, and I doubt it makes the judge woke either.

That your job has certain requirements seems irrelevant to me.

 

That judge should be removed from office for numerous reasons including partisan politics from the bench and for lying, since the President has not only pardoned Republicans. Any Republican has an absolute basis for a motion for recusal. The judge had no problem with Clinton and Obama pardoning cop killers, bombers and terrorists, did he?

 

So, is Kavanaugh 'impartial' after he engaged in a petty way-below-scotus-standards rant about how the dems were out to get him during his hearings?

"An independent and honorable judiciary is indispensable to justice in our society. A judge should maintain and enforce high standards of conduct and should personally observe those standards, so that the integrity and independence of the judiciary may be preserved."

If he had said Obama was a criminal, and you were a black man on trial, would you feel comfortable with him presiding over your case? Be honest, now.
