    Never in the history of this country had we ever had a mobster as a potus.

    They had to use the IRS to get Capone. I've seen enough these last four years to safely opine that Trump has committed plenty of crimes.

    You and I can opine all we like, but judges are supposed to be neutral, and they are also supposed to uphold the constitution. Especially the part about innocent until proven guilty. That's a biggie for judges.

    It was entirely inappropriate for him to make those comments.

    I wouldn't be at all surprised. Nevertheless, there is currently no basis for a judge, of all people, to call him a criminal.

    The good ones do not say words that violate the constitution, no. He called Trump a criminal. There's been no charges, so no guilt finding occurred.

    If a judge doesn't believe the innocent until proven guilty part, he's not a very good judge.

    This was not about SCOTUS but other federal appointees. But yes, there are neverTrumpers in all branches of the Government, pretending to be loyal to the President, until they’re not.

    1. Anybody whose profession depends on political impartiality should be extremely careful making statements which suggest political bias.
    2. As far as I'm aware Trump has never been so much as charged with a crime. In that case, anyone calling him a criminal is a cheap jibe, not a statement of fact, no matter how much one suspects it's true.
