He had no campaign discipline at all. Could have run on judicial appointments and Warp Speed; never seemed to mention either unprecedented success.

To steal an election takes *years* of systematic effort, gerrymandering, vote caging, and voter suppression... you know, the stuff the GOP has the organization and will to execute.

Fake News. Dems have deliberately sought and obtained rules that make legal vote totals impossible to have confidence in, and now they are fighting tooth and nail to prevent reforms that would give us honest elections. The reasons behind you positions are not difficult to discern.

These are obvious reforms that would secure confidence that everyone is getting a fair deal on election day, yet, you are one of the few even willing to consider these sensible reforms. But, this makes so much sense that I'm confident that at some point our view will carry the day.

All middle of the night, with the GOP observers gone. There is no chain of custody on those ballots that ensures they are legally cast. And the vote counting was stretched out long enough, that if they needed more late night vote drops, by golly, they would have had them.

As for Dems hysterically shrieking that their view is the received one, and if you don't immediately adopt it and proclaim it that you are part of some great evil, my goodness, you guys do that on every topic. Nothing new there.

Hell yeah!

Over the last 350,000 years of human history we are among the most fortunate to ever walk the planet. Indoor plumbing, warm indoor toilets, refrigerators full of food, and oven to cook it on, fresh water that you know isn't going to kill you from dysentery, hell, we finally went through a plague and most of us got fat waiting for the next shipment of supplies to arrive on our door stop from amazon while we watched netflix all day. I think most people that have ever lived would jump at the opportunity to switch lives with us.

As for our "experiment", we have the longest surviving democracy in existence today, as well as one of the longest surviving governments in existence, period. Most humans have lived under either anarchy or totalitarianism, we hit the jackpot with this "We The People" because whereas most government fall when the large dominated group finally overthrows and slaughters the much smaller dominating group, we have no need to do so, because we already have the power we would gain by revolution, so there is no point, but, threats to our ever perfecting democracy are constantly arising that require our diligence and clearly election procedures are on the front burner now.

Voting by mail is extremely convenient as is a longer voting period, I doubt that we will give that up, but of course a massive change in procedures exposes weaknesses and gaps that have to be strengthened, and I think these three points are so obvious that at some point there will be widespread agreement and implementation.

Where were you? Did you miss it? Hillary started screaming how the election was rigged and refused to concede to trump. A bunch of us got together just before the election was cast in stone to protest but that didn't work. We figured we'd wait till 2020 to get even.​
