Prior to the arrival of COVID-19, the U.S. poverty rate dropped to its lowest level since 1959, an amazing fact that barely received any attention because the news came out during the pandemic.

In fact, in late 2018 Trump did more to lift up the poor than any of his predecessors, including President Lyndon Johnson, who launched the War on Poverty.

The unemployment rate for those without a high school diploma, pre-pandemic, also hit the lowest level in recorded history. Hispanic and African American unemployment hit record lows.

Wages, stagnant for a decade, shot up under Trump, especially for working blue-collar Americans. These people benefited greatly by Trump’s low-tax and deregulation policies.

The stock market jumped like it had a steroid injection when Trump was elected. His leadership gave so much confidence to the investors and businesses of the nation that it's still roaring- unfortunately, now about to be attacked by Biden policies and taxes.

In addition, the president brought relative peace to the Middle East. He virtually destroyed ISIS and helped achieve remarkable peace agreements that will lead to diplomatic relations between four Muslim nations and Israel — an extraordinary accomplishment. Biden will be destroying that as well.

Trump stood up to China, resetting the terms of relations between our countries. He understands that China is a growing threat to America — economically, morally and militarily. He opened people’s eyes to these problems and stood up to China using tariffs — a tool no typical politicians would have used. Biden will most likely cover that up again, give China it's leverage back.

The president’s appointments to federal courts, especially the Supreme Court, will have an impact for decades.

The people are not leaders. Their role is to know where they want to go- and elect the leader who knows the path to take them there. He is the NAVIGATOR of the ship we are all on.
IF you are dumb enough to demand the navigator take orders from you as a passenger, you belong on the ship that runs aground. If you don't like the Navigator- you hire another, but you don't allow jackasses to over-ride his leadership in the meantime.

We have an over-abundance of such jackasses today, both in deviant politicians and the people who support them.

Trump is leaving office with a 0.4% average GDP growth rate and never got above that 3.0% growth rate even before Covid.

I never heard a democrat speak out for the full prosecution of the rioters, arsonists, looters, monument destroying trash they encouraged. In fact, they raised money to bail out those were arrested and told us that their peaceful protests were more important than control of the pandemic. The leaders of the terrorist BLM told us that the looting of Chicago's miracle mile area was not theft, it was reparations- and it didn't matter because those stores had insurance. NO democratic condemnation., That's the kind of pond scum you support?

Trump immediately stepped up as did many other republicans and asked for the aggressive investigation, arrests and prosecution of every person involved in the violence at the capitol.

All of my experience, study and learning all these years has told me that people consistently show you who they are by what they do- and that tells you how they think, even when they don't know themselves- and they usually don't.

How can all of us be equal to the Feds when only a small group is charged to fund the Feds?

Much of the cost of Government is funded by just 10 percent of the entire public. Because men manage to be successful is why they should pay super high taxes?

If the incomes of all of the rich were confiscated, it would only run the Feds for a number of days. So how is it the rest of us pay taxes?

The feds are clever. We will buy a new car to give one example. In that auto the Feds bury tons of taxes. So our tax bill on April 15 is nothing. But we have paid the Feds over and over when they tax the rich.

When Trump taxed the Chinese Communists, suddenly Democrats came to their senses and said to trump, we pay those taxes and not the Chinese. Well partly they were correct. When the Rich pay taxes, they force us to pay them back to them.

 

Yes destructive. All that Trump has done is left destruction and chaos in his wake.

The only thing that Trump did was run up the national debt. Yeah, anybody knows that if you increase government spending OR decrease taxes income will rise.

Yeah, if companies buy back their own stock the price will rise. But the stock market is way over valued and one only need look at the price of Tesla stock to see that. Unless you want to make the case that an overvalued stock market is good, your point has no merit.

Trump has not brought peace to the Middle East. There will be no real peace in the Middle East until Israel stops mistreating the Palestinians AND the US stops trying to cripple the countries of the Middle East that have vast oil resources.

Trump has put the US on a collision course for a nuclear war with China. Unless you think a nuclear war with China is worth it over Taiwan, then you point has not merit whatsoever.
