I couldn't do HR in a big company. Imagine sitting there singling out a race group in your workforce and telling them that simply by having been born White that they're contributing to the alleged [false] decline of other race groups even as said race groups are being selectively advanced ahead of them. How could someone do that and not just hate themselves?

    From Coca-Cola:

    Thus, to be white, is to be these things at the natural level inherent to white people;
Implicit in the admonishment to be less white is the position that these characteristics are bad, and it is better to exhibit less of them;.
    The exclusive focus on whites necessitates that colored people do not exhibit these characteristics, at least to not the same unacceptable degree;
The position that white people would be "better" without these characteristics, and that colored people, by their absence of these characteristics, are already "better" necessitates the position that colored people are better than white people.

I would like to congratulate Coca-Cola as the largest corporation in history to -freely- admit its racism.

Seriously, do you see any real possibility for better relations between the three human races at this point?

I tell you in all the sincerity I can muster that we Americans were racially more in harmony with each other forty years ago than we are today.

Honestly, we CANNOT go ON like this! For the sake of all Americans, tell us what you think Blacks REALLY want from the rest of us. Thank you.

The first thing any society needs to do is to make absolutely certain that all of its citizens, regardless of color, religion, creed, heritage, or anything else, are ABSOLUTELY EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW!

But, we did that in 1964 with the Civil Rights Act. We reinforced it in 1965 with the Voting Rights Act. Seriously, please, what else do the other two races of humanity need to do to make the Black race feel that there is no "systemic racism" in the United States?

In a country where all citizens are totally equal before the law -- as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. fought for all his life -- we all have equal rights in every legal sense under the Constitution. If Black American citizens require something else, what is it? And WHY? What do Blacks want that White citizens and Asian-American citizens have which Blacks do not...? Do Black citizens think they do not have equal rights?

It’s about equity and math. SJWs and sadly our politicians can’t grasp math. They want blacks equally represented in ALL things without accounting for the MATH!!!! Demographics can NOT allow for perfect equity. It’s IMPOSSIBLE without obvious and reckless disregard for the suffering that would be caused by PURPOSELY preventing white people from succeeding. That’s exactly what we ended decades ago and Democrats are reinstating the same policies hidden under the guise of “fairness” and AA. If there is to be a 1:1 ratio in every job, how is it possible? And will they EVER address disparities where white people are under represented in certain sports? It makes perfect sense why math is racist now. Because the people claiming it is can’t do basic math. Hehe

It’s pure insanity. You can’t just push unqualified people through without serious ramifications to the quality of the work. And to prevent the most qualified from advancing just so you can show how WOKE your business or University is, is disgusting and the pure definition of bigotry.

Hey, there are less black scientists for the same reason there are less white basketball players. Prove me ****ing wrong!!!! I dare you. And there is nothing wrong with that. There are some amazing black scientists and some amazing white Bball players. But there is a majority and it’s OK. The best people rise to the top, assuming you’re not manufacturing who is allowed to get there. Didn’t we fight to stop that sort of bigotry?

Lets see.. Assuming an entire race thinks or acts alike is.. umm racist..

Telling a Race to be less like themselves is racist...
How is my skin color "oppressing" anyone... Telling ME I am racist and have to act the way they want me to because of my skin color is an attempt to control or yes.. "Oppress" me
Arrogant? In what way? ******** on an entire race seems ignorant and arrogant to me /shrug
Be less certain? Hell these fools dont know me to well!
    Ignorant? See Arrogant.
Be LESS humble? Wtf? is being humble a bad thing now? Less arrogant and less humble? Who the **** does not see the issue with that?
Listen.. aka do what they say.... umm no thanks
Believe.. Aka Believe what they say.. umm again no thanks
Break with apathy? Wtf does that even mean?
White Solidarity? wtf again does that even mean.. Have they never looked at voting patterns? More all white people think alike nonsense...

And that is just one slide! Who the **** pushes this ****?

While I have argued against using race-based 'quotas' for any purpose, what would an America be like if each race were forced by the government to be represented on the basis of its percentage of the national population?

Consider -- Blacks make up approximately 14% of the population of the United States!

Now, turn on your television. What percentage of all the people you see in EVERYTHING, whether sports (college and professional), comedies, news programs, dramas, movies, and even sponsored messages and commercials are BLACK...?

My admittedly unprofessional, unproveable estimate varies from approximately 30% in non-sports venues (dramas, 'news', comedies, etc.), to as much as 70% in professional sports (excluding NHL hockey).

I doubt that I'm 'off' by much, honestly... but I'd like to know WHY, especially in the last few years, that we are seeing such a disproportionately large number of Blacks on American television?

And I am about to cancel my Linkedin account. Now since I retired last year I don't use it as much other than to keep up with former associates but I do use it and get alerts and check it. Finding out that they were behind this racist "course" is enough for me unless they announce they have formally withdrawn and fired or sent to "reeducation" those who first put it up and allowed it on their system.

It is ridiculously disproportionate and very apparent. It’s over compensation. We can all guess how much more we’re seeing, but it’s very much obvious. If you go by advertising, you would think 1/2 the country is black:)

Well, we have to root out all the systemic racism. Many are racist without being aware of it, like, by skiing.

SKIING IS RACIST: Why don’t Black people ski? One prof blames systemic racism.

So here is the response I got from Coca-Cola

******, Thank you for contacting The Coca-Cola Company,

Throughout the past few days, you have likely seen inaccurate reporting on the content of our recently launched Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training program.

The video in question was not part of the Company’s curriculum but was accessible on a third-party platform used for the training. We took immediate action and removed any links from the Company recommended training playlist that could lead employees to that content. We do not support the idea of anyone being less of themselves.

Our business is driven by employees of different genders, ages, abilities, orientations, races, ethnicities, religious beliefs, and countries of origin. All of these dimensions add to our networked way of working, learning and leading.

We will make sure that we are addressing any opportunities for improvement and continue the dialogue to ensure all voices are heard and respected.

    Kind Regards,

    The Coca-Cola Company

    Consumer Interaction Center, North America

OK but you are still trying to "reprogram and reeducated" your employees. Were I working there I would refuse to attend because I have no reason to believe it is STILL not a program designed to attack whites. I don't care what you look like, how old you are, how you orient, what is your belief or not in religious faith and what country your ancestors came from.

BTW I missed their apology to white people.

Your view appears to be badly infected with math privilege.

"FREEDOM IS THE FREEDOM TO SAY THAT TWO PLUS TWO MAKE FOUR: There Is No Such Thing as “White” Math. I naively believed that STEM would be spared from the ideological takeover. I was wrong, says Princeton professor Sergiu Klainerman."

    https://pjmedia.com/instapundit/435516/

Coke is just jumping on a train that seems to be everywhere throughout the Gentry Class, and the gentry seems to want to make these metaphysical beliefs mandatory as well as their rituals and practices.

True... and when people are equally racist, say 10% of the population....
And say 60% is white and 20% is black.
Means out of a 100 people, 6 white people are racist 20 black,
And 2 black people are racist vs 60 white.

So we should also acknowledge that racism effects a minority a heck of a lot more than a majority.

There is such a thing as white math. Math is more than just what is 1 +1?
You can make it white by asking: Bill is driving towards Steve at a speed of 50 miles an hour. How long would it take for Bill to arrive at Steve if the distance is 31 miles?

You can make it a bit less white by replacing the names "Bill" and "Steve" with "Laquisha" and "Tyrone".
This is so... duh. Get over it.

It would make more sense to tell blacks to be less black because over the past fifty years they've made themselves into a subculture.

I think there is about as many black racists as white racists at this time in history and both are bad - location also plays a part, in some parts whites are the majority of racists, in others it's blacks

both are a minority, but their numbers are still great enough to be a problem for each race

if you're a victim of racism, you're a victim, regardless, we should acknowledge all racism is bad, regardless of the race of the racist or the victim

    Math isn’t racist.

It’s dumb to believe such a thing. No race owns any names.

In almost all parts, the whites are in the majority. Such is the ethnic make up of the US.
And as I previously pointed out, racism effects a minority a heck of a lot harder than the other way around.
In my example of 6 white racists vs 20 black / 2 black racists vs 60 white: it means that racism hits a minority harder by a factor 10 if all are equally racist.
That really puts a massive burden on the majority to shape up.

Or to put it in an other way. If everybody is equally racist, And so 6 whites are racist vs 20 black, than... to make it fair... ALL the 20 black people out of a 100 may be as racist to have the exact same impact on 60 white people.

Not justifying a thing. Just saying how racism impacts on minorities, and proving it aint all equal when racism happens equally.
