A good deal of Naziism originated in the US between 1900-1910. In Mein Kampf Hitler singles out the immigration policies of the US for particular praise. The racist "science" was discredited in the US during the 20s but was then picked up by the powerful and extremely prestigious German University system when that was taken over by the Nazis after 1933. It should not be forgotten that Naziism was a worldwide movement with strong and influential branches in the USA, Argentina, the UK, and many other places

This is a scurrilous slander. Sanger NEVER countenanced coercive eugenics as the Nazis practiced it. Margaret Sanger said that people who could not afford to have children should be counseled and aided to take VOLUNTARY measures to limit their families. For this practice of what seems elementary common sense to most people conservatives accuse her of Naziism

Then again some conservatives say that Naziism is left-wing, so why should we expect accuracy in ANYTHING they say. Anyone who would maintain such a patent absurdity obviously has no grasp of even what right and left-wing ARE, let alone any knowledge or understanding of their history.

    Conservatism is truly madness.

You are talking about 70 years ago.

We are talking about the here and now - this year and the last 50 years.

Do you understand the difference or is that too complicated?

Because you believe CPAC -intended- to replicate the symbol of an SS mountain infantry division?
A symbol so obscure that about 6 people alive today know what it is w/o looking it up?
Please provide your rational basis for this - something concrete and demonstrable, not your obstinate and intolerant devotion to your opinions and prejudices.

Ironically... Democrats say Trump is in bed with Russians... while Republicans say Biden is in bed with Ukrainians.

The irony is... Kiev [now capital of Ukraine] was the ancient capital of the Rus. In 988AD Vladimir the Great was baptized in Crimea then he returned to his capital Kiev to baptize his Rus kingdom into Christianity. Now Crimea belongs to another Vladimir ruler of the Rus!

The Senate Office Bldg proudly reminds of the racist legacy of Richard Russell ,,,, Today.

Old White Democrats don't think African Americans should be able to choose their candidate. Shall I quote your President's comment about Blacks from last year? Do you understand "Last Year".

The patron saint of progressivism, Woodrow Wilson, set the standard for bigotry that Nazism was modeled after. Margaret Sanger and Nazis had eugenics in common.

FDR targeted Jewish asylum seekers and Japanese Americans.

Today, Democrats are obsessed with kicking Blacks to the curb by opening the Southern border to replacement workers ,,, just after the Trump economy elevated many to the middle class.

Interesting, the OP is about CPAC, not Trump, ah, aside from that Trump is now CPAC? Implicit concession? I guess I missed the part in your posts that should have allowed me to recognize that you had some aversion to calling out Rs for their friendly association with Nazis.

    Double fake news, eh, HB?

Neither especially secret nor especially controversial. The Soviets took their German scientists and we took ours. Think of them as war booty.

The closest thing I own to Nazi stuff is William Shirer's book. Nice try though. It's become a common thing this Nazi stage design. Google it.

You would have to substantiate the claim that it was Republicans and not Democrats who had a friendly association with Nazis. Compare Slavery on the Democrat Plantations with the Nazi Concentration Camps, the KKK and the Brown Shirts, Jim Crow ,,,, Here's some material.
Hitler's American Model: The United States and the Making of Nazi Race Law
How American race law provided a blueprint for Nazi Germany

But no institution was more responsible for elevating Nazism than Harvard University, who welcomed the disgusting Nazi propagandist, Ernst Hanfstaengl.

“In April of 1933, The [Birth Control] Review [Margaret Sanger’s magazine], published a shocking article entitled “Eugenic Sterilization: An Urgent Need”. It was written by Margaret’s close friend and advisor, Ernst Rudin, who was then serving as Hitler’s Director of Genetic Sterilization and had earlier taken a role in the establishment in the Nazi Society for Racial Hygiene. Later in June of that same year, [The Birth Control Review] published an article by Leon Whitney entitled, “Selective Sterilization”, which adamantly praised and defended The Third Reich’s pre-holocaust race purification programs.”

(Killer Angel, a biography of Planned Parenthood’s Founder, Margaret Sanger, p. 71-72).

I don't know these people and doubt Trump or any conservative CPAC organizer or CPAC attendee knows them.

I did just have a notification come across that Bezos is actively banning books, just like the Nazis his party embraces. Are you familiar with Bezos?

Sterilization is not killing and it was the only means of birth control short of abortions which were illegal then that permitted people to have natural sex at that time.
As usual conservatives advocate that we return to models of sexual probity not enforced on people since the late 1800's

"We never saw them, wasn't us"

Yeh, Bezos is the business owner whose Amazon can make Billions and pays NO income taxes on it due to Trump's tax "reforms"

So you think blacks are suitable for nothing but stoop labor and other forms of employment people will only accept because they cannot be hired legally?

Plantation slavery did not treat slaves well by any means but it did not strategically work them to death either, as happened on the Caribbean sugar and indigo plantations, in Rome when the Sardinians flooded the slave markets, or in the Nazi work camps. The idea was to balance work obtained with cost of food vs cost of new slaves, (remember the Chinese whores in Deadwood?). The Nazis were probably the worst for this though even there the cost of new slaves was probably never less than a dime.

Please tell me what you think leftism IS. I am willing to admit that there were leftists who were murderously oppressive, like the Stalinists and Maoist forms; but you seem to think that rightism is incapable of doing wrong and leftism the complete repository of evil and that is not only slanderous but naive.
