The very fact the left worked so hard to make that case is why we're speaking on this now. Because VP Harris said more than Pres Trump ever did, and she said it whilst in the midst of riot season whereupon days later another major riot broke out. The left impeached a President over asking people to protest peacefully, yelling for accountability till they were blue in the face and yet when the same paradigm and circumstance was amplified a thousand times due to one of their own they sat silent.

First off its not all minorities and POCs. We can break down anything into a 'minority'. We can do it by ethnicity whereupon about 1% of the country is Swedish yet we don't see an epidemic of Swedish crime; nor from any of the other ethnic minorities Norwegian, Native American, French, Polish, and so on. We can do it by gender, or age, or occupation. I'm nit-picking the term here because, to progressives, minority just means 'people who aren't White'. Its just a pseudo-intellectual way these far-leftist <COMMENT EDITED> try sound smart whilst not realizing that what they're actually doing hyper-generalizing hugely diverse sums of people under a singular banner that they can use to then claim other people are being generalized by.

So now we know that what we're actually talking about is race, and we can now get even more specific because what we're really talking about are Blacks. Blacks are arrested and convicted at a rate disproportionate to Whites, and every other group, because THEY COMMIT MORE CRIMES! No one is doing it to them, they are the perpetrators of criminal behavior. So its entirely appropriate that they be arrested and convicted more frequently because they commit crimes more often. AND they're also disproportional represented in another criminal statistic: victimization. Not only do they commit more crimes as a race, they're also the single largest target of their race's criminality. So keep that in mind if you choose to come back with something about how its all due to racism because if White people are just 'making up reasons to throw Blacks in jail' then that means their own people are helping the process along by reporting crimes that never happened.
