I heard that the younger one bit someone in the oval office. I have two German shepherds. These dogs are on high alert all the time and very protective. The Biden dogs have been put in a situation that is really weird for them, with lots of people they don't know in and out, etc. So, it doesn't surprise me. What I don't get is why couldn't the dogs stay upstairs in the residence, and be crated when someone new is there? One of mine is not completely trustworthy with strangers, so he's crated when we have company, if it's someone he doesn't know. Big deal.

Actually, the dogs is about the only thing that endears me to the president. I like Laura Ingraham, except for her coverage of the story where Biden hurt his foot, chasing his dog for a bone. Clearly she has never had a big dog. I found the story sort of charming.

I read about that incident yesterday. I imagine that it's quite the adjustment for the dogs as there are tons of people in and out all the time. They said the dogs were sent back to Delaware and would return to the WH when Jill returns from her trip.

Ah, good for them! Hopefully, they will make better containment arrangements during high-stress circumstances.
