Okay, so you're not a doctor, scientist or biologist either! Also, I asked, "Is this what you mean, or do you mean that ALL women experience PERMANENT side effects?"
Never said I was but got information from doctors, science and biology....not from hysterical Anti-Choicers who think a fetus floats unattached inside women for no reason at all.. Why would you have to ask that ? I already showed you the list of effects of pregnancy. Besides science and biology you could try common sense !!! A woman grows a fetus inside of her for 9 months, it uses her body to grow and exist....ask yourself why wouldn't that leave permanent effects on a human body. Now , it's plain that a fetus does damage to a woman's body whether you agree or not...so that's another good reason for her to have every right to kill the fetus.....I think that's where we started but with you and your escapist circles, it's hard to remember..
Who the hell said that a fetus floats unattached inside women for no reason at all? Permanent effects on EVERY single women who has ever gotten pregnant in the history of the world? It's plain that a fetus has the POTENTIAL to do damage to a woman's body. But GUARANTEED for every woman?
FoxHastings said: ↑ I answered all your repetitive ,irrelevant, and just silly posts ... LOL, so you agree they were repetitive, irrelevant and just silly...
Those who have said a fetus is not part of the woman it's in... Yes, not to the same extent in every woman but it does....
Sorry you haven't been around long enough to read, or refused to read, their posts. Uh, ya it's called science , I have posted the list of effects lots of times....and I assume you have a computer and, if you really cared and IF you could take personal responsibility you could research it....although I have noticed that you really prefer others doing your work for you... Oh, BTW, it's also common sense...one doesn't grow something inside one for nine months without effects...again, your bugaboo, lack of common sense.....may hinder your understanding..
FoxHastings said: ↑ LOL, I knew that would be too subtle for you.... So? That didn't change it...it still is as "repetitive, irrelevant and just silly" as this latest post of yours...
I supported it here: Normal, frequent or expectable temporary side effects of pregnancy: exhaustion (weariness common from first weeks) altered appetite and senses of taste and smell nausea and vomiting (50% of women, first trimester) heartburn and indigestion constipation weight gain dizziness and light-headedness bloating, swelling, fluid retention hemmorhoids abdominal cramps yeast infections congested, bloody nose acne and mild skin disorders skin discoloration (chloasma, face and abdomen) mild to severe backache and strain increased headaches difficulty sleeping, and discomfort while sleeping increased urination and incontinence bleeding gums pica breast pain and discharge swelling of joints, leg cramps, joint paininfection including from serious and potentially fatal disease (pregnant women are immune suppressed compared with non-pregnant women, and are more susceptible to fungal and certain other diseases) extreme pain on delivery hormonal mood changes, including normal post-partum depression continued post-partum exhaustion and recovery period (exacerbated if a c-section -- major surgery -- is required, sometimes taking up to a full year to fully recover) Normal, expectable, or frequent PERMANENT side effects of pregnancy: stretch marks (worse in younger women) loose skin permanent weight gain or redistribution abdominal and vaginal muscle weakness pelvic floor disorder (occurring in as many as 35% of middle-aged former child-bearers and 50% of elderly former child-bearers, associated with urinary and rectal incontinence, discomfort and reduced quality of life -- aka prolapsed utuerus, the malady sometimes badly fixed by the transvaginal mesh) changes to breasts increased foot size varicose veins scarring from episiotomy or c-section other permanent aesthetic changes to the body (all of these are downplayed by women, because the culture values youth and beauty) increased proclivity for hemmorhoids loss of dental and bone calcium (cavities and osteoporosis) higher lifetime risk of developing Altzheimer's newer research indicates microchimeric cells, other bi-directional exchanges of DNA, chromosomes, and other bodily material between fetus and mother (including with "unrelated" gestational surrogates) Occasional complications and side effects: complications of episiotomy spousal/partner abuse hyperemesis gravidarum temporary and permanent injury to back severe scarring requiring later surgery (especially after additional pregnancies) dropped (prolapsed) uterus (especially after additional pregnancies, and other pelvic floor weaknesses -- 11% of women, including cystocele, rectocele, and enterocele) pre-eclampsia (edema and hypertension, the most common complication of pregnancy, associated with eclampsia, and affecting 7 - 10% of pregnancies) eclampsia (convulsions, coma during pregnancy or labor, high risk of death) gestational diabetes placenta previa anemia (which can be life-threatening) thrombocytopenic purpura severe cramping embolism (blood clots) medical disability requiring full bed rest (frequently ordered during part of many pregnancies varying from days to months for health of either mother or baby) diastasis recti, also torn abdominal muscles mitral valve stenosis (most common cardiac complication) serious infection and disease (e.g. increased risk of tuberculosis) hormonal imbalance ectopic pregnancy (risk of death) broken bones (ribcage, "tail bone") hemorrhage and numerous other complications of delivery refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease aggravation of pre-pregnancy diseases and conditions (e.g. epilepsy is present in .5% of pregnant women, and the pregnancy alters drug metabolism and treatment prospects all the while it increases the number and frequency of seizures) severe post-partum depression and psychosis research now indicates a possible link between ovarian cancer and female fertility treatments, including "egg harvesting" from infertile women and donors research also now indicates correlations between lower breast cancer survival rates and proximity in time to onset of cancer of last pregnancy research also indicates a correlation between having six or more pregnancies and a risk of coronary and cardiovascular disease Less common (but serious) complications: peripartum cardiomyopathy cardiopulmonary arrest magnesium toxicity severe hypoxemia/acidosis massive embolism increased intracranial pressure, brainstem infarction molar pregnancy, gestational trophoblastic disease (like a pregnancy-induced cancer) malignant arrhythmia circulatory collapse placental abruption obstetric fistula More permanent side effects: future infertility permanent disability death. Why aren't you sure? Deny science much? Why TF wouldn't you believe that??? Would you have some kind of point if it wasn't true? YOU COULD always.....Prove otherwise.... It would really be "science denial" if one thinks supporting a life inside one for 9 months has no effect on a body. Did you know women can be dead for years, mere skeletons, and a medical examiner can tell if they've had kids or not....no, you didn't know that because of science denial..
Ya, that's Too Obvious(duh)....and not a rebuttal, argument or defense for trying to take away women's rights. If she does get pregnant she has the right to avoid all that with abortion
Ya, that's Too Obvious(duh).... Ya know, in your floundering, confused , pathetic attempt to say women don't suffer any effects from pregnancy, in your post #2993 you say: "your claim was this"....and that is followed by something YOU posted, YOUR words …confused much ? I don't understand why if you "know" women don't suffer effects from pregnancy why you can't post the scientific proof ??? Is there some reason you can't ? Don't have access to the Internet to do a search??
The inclusion of my post was to provide context for YOUR post which followed. Did you actually just totally miss your post which followed?
Uh, no, you missed parts like: Why aren't you sure? Deny science much? Why TF wouldn't you believe that??? Would you have some kind of point if it wasn't true? YOU COULD always.....Prove otherwise....WHY HAVEN'T YOU ??? It would really be "science denial" if one thinks supporting a life inside one for 9 months has no effect on a body. Did you know women can be dead for years, mere skeletons, and a medical examiner can tell if they've had kids or not....no, you didn't know that because of science denial..
Of course they do. You may see pictures of some female celebrity in some gossip magasine with the headline "Shakira gave birth and still looks amazing" and think this is proof that it is the case that not all women experience permanent changes to their body, but if you just think of it for two seconds, it will be obvious to you that all women do experience permanent "side effects" since it is pretty darn obvious. Just ask your mother, wife, sister, female cousin or any other mother close to you if you are uncertain.
