So, still nothing to back up your one-liner claim about the forensics. :sleepy:

Relevance? How often does someone in Emergency have a knee on a patients neck?

I think we should focus on this situation.

Floyd was begging before he even was restrained as the video shows, Chauvin was perfectly merciful but you can't let suspects take advantage of you.

It IS a technique they teach. The whole question is did he apply it appropriately? Manslaughter, yeah I think so too.

    Yes you can, how is it illegal to use a technique you've been trained in? The autopsy revealed Floyd's drug use and heart condition was a contributory factor. No precinct doesn't as long as it's justified. I think manslaughter, he'll do 5 year of a 15 year sentence. He has plenty of ground to appeal, you should Viva Frei vid on the issues;

If they're bring in unqualified witnesses that's grounds for a mistrial right there.

So he doesn't bite/headbutt the officer or self harm by slamming his head against the pavement.

There was no fight because they effectively restrained him. We don't ask nurses to confront and detain violent criminals high on drugs

What different take, you have a take that he conducted an autopsy? That he was on the scene? All he knew was a lack of oxygen was apparent in the death. The cause of that he did not know. What evidence did he present that proved beyond a reasonable doubt Chauvin's knee caused that?

Could haves and the other angles show the knee was not on the neck but on the shoulders and under cross admitted that yes they were following their training.

Because you are demanding super skills from the police officer.

It seems that is knee was on his shoulder. Either way, Floyd was a dead man walking with a fentanyl overdose with a meth kicker.

So you either didn't listen to the entire testimony or you're using a selective slice of testimony out of context. No expert testimony thus far agrees that Chauvin followed any proper training techniques used and all expert testimony so far claims he failed to follow training procedures he was taught multiple times (once a year repeated for at least 8 years). Multiple videos show at multiple angles that Chauvin's knee was on Floyd's neck for 9:29 mins and all eyewitness and expert testimony concur. That Chauvin moved his knee off Floyd's neck at one point likely well after he passed out and very likely after he died is inconsequential to the knee on the neck for 9:29 mins. But feel free to post a link to any quote that claims that Chauvin was doing the job he was trained to do at all times.

nobody has been trained to kneel on the neck of a handcuffed, face down laying suspect who is not resisting for over 9 minutes, 3 of which he was unconscious.
    no question. also irrelevant.
he will do no less than 20 years for murder 2 or murder 3.

    no it isn't.

So every arrested handcuffed person should also have the arresting officer's knee placed on their neck then, yes?

Floyd never threatened or implied that he was going to do any of that

There was no fight at all even before he was on the ground. I've seen more violence from 4 year old children. What's nurses got to do with it

Wrong. The "other angles" are of a different time frame. Chauvin moved his knee from the neck to the shoulder in the last couple of minutes seconds before the ambulance arrived. Floyd was already dead by then

So he moved knee once Floyd passed out.
    That was a right move.
It looks like we have agreed on something.

Wooo, you've just incarcerated Chauvin by admitting that Chauvin still used his knee on a passed out (he was actually dead) restrained captive

He moved his knee to the right, once he detected that Floyd passed out.

New video of the arrest of George Floyd earlier this week appears to show hectic activity inside the police car shortly before Floyd is pinned to the ground outside the vehicle with then Office Derek Chauvin’s knee pressing into his neck, TMZ reports.

False the show them side by side in a matched timeframe and every UOF officer has testified that knee was across the back across the shoulders once they look at the other angles, some angles they had never seen.

He was fighting on the ground as they get him back under control. Every UOF officer has testified that such suspects can sudden become violent again. You do realized the officers wanted him in the SUV calm and awaiting the ambulance, they were NOT trying to kill him. It was Floyd who threw himself out the other side of the SUV and then said to leave him on the ground.

How so you arrive of at the premise of that inane question? Floyd physically resisted arrest and fought with the officers even while he was on the ground and as the UOF officers have all testified the officers are trained to use their body weight to restrain an arrested person on the ground until they could be transported.
