What I mean is it seems hypocritical for people to claim to be pro-life (meaning they are concerned for a fetus' right to life) while simultaneously overlooking the all the hardship and pain that life might sustain once born. For instance, it doesn't follow that someone is pro-life while also being unconcerned when police officers shoot people or the rampant misuse and abuse of children in foster care or the people that mess up and have gone to jail/prison or any countless number of people who deal with all kinds of problems.

In other words, why does someone's "life" only matter when it's in utero?

Funny this is sort of cancel culture at work. For her time the eugenics movement was popular, for obvious reasons its not talked about very much in the pre-college American education system. Eugenics was popular even after what the Nazi's did and forced sterilization's happened in the US and Europe after WWII based on eugenic ideologies. In other words she was a product of her time and where science was legitimately at concerning genetics, turned out they were wrong on a lot parts as the science grew from infancy.

 

There are a lot of misconceptions about Margaret Sanger. For starters she was not a champion of women's reproductive rights, and in fact wanted to make it illegal for certain people to reproduce. Also, she was pro-life, she was against the use of abortions no matter how early in the pregnancy.

The DNC and their constituent members in local governments are the decision makes who place the locations of planned parenthood, usually over the strenuous objections of others. Those locations target minority communities. The constitution protects the rights of privacy, but not abortion so your legal analysis if deeply flawed.
