Might have been better had they used professional auditors don't you think instead of having someone who was at the Capitol Building Jan 6th in the room with no neutral nor professional observers?

How would you feel if the IRS picked someone with no audit experience or training but had a personal vendetta against you to do an audit of your taxes?

They could have perhaps used one of the two companies chosen by the Republican dominated County Board of Elections members

    You are presuming too much:
    "No audit experience"
    "Personal vendetta"
You really should hold your fire until the results come out. There is always the chance someone on the other team is honest. Can you accept that?

The Cyber Ninjas have no audit experience, this is a fact.

The head of Cyber Ninja is on record as supporting Stop the Steal and saying the election was stolen.

So, I will ask you again....How would you feel if the IRS picked someone with no audit experience or training but had a personal vendetta against you to do an audit of your taxes? Would you be ok with that?

A simple yes or no will do

Except these are both objective facts, not presumptions. They don't have audit experience. And at least one of the "auditors" is one of the January 6th protestors. Are some on the team honest? Yes. They've been going to reporters to tell them that the "methods" being used are complete bull ****.

UV lights, which they are using to look for "suspicious" fingerprints, can spoil ballots. The chain of custody of the ballots has been completely broken. Ballots have been left unsupervised. They initially went in with black and blue pens, which actual vote counters can't have in the room with them.

The Democrats had every opportunity to help the forensic audit and instead fought so they can't complain. Maybe they could have helped supervise it. I agree mistakes has been made.

Well I don't trust any group the Democrats pick but I do see your point.

There have already been recounts and audit canvassing. Everything about this "audit" was a "mistake" from the beginning. Complaining about Democrats doesn't change that. We have inexperienced, heavily biased "auditors" using looney "methods" to supposedly detect fraud, they tried to hide those methods from the public, they have barred observers, they've mishandled every step of the process, and now no one can double-check their work. In the end, they'll probably get the fake headline they need to dupe the conspiracy theorists that they need to dupe.

The previous processes involved members of both parties and preserved chain of custody.

What does that have to do with what I said?

If the Democrats tried to help the audit instead of blocking it maybe they could have got people in to help supervise it with the Republicans.

Are you saying Democrats did not take it to court and try to prevent the audit? I'm not sure what it is you say I made up.

It directly refutes what you said. 4/5 republicans on the committee. It isn't democrats objecting to this audit.
4/5 republicans are trying to block it. democrats have nothing to do with it.
I'm correcting the statement you made which is democrats are trying to stop it. there is only 1 democrat on the committee.
of course you are. you made up that it's democrats trying to stop it. I corrected you by pointing out that there is only 1 democrat out of the 5 committee members.

I agree. But the two groups picked by the county elections office were picked by 4 Repubs and one Dem.

This whole thread and its source is just one big concoction of BS, which is why the lefties here are all gullible enough to salivate all over it.

You mean the Arizona Senate hasn't ordered (yet one more) audit of the election result?

I've seen Republican officials object but I honestly have seen no objection from the Democrat. Is the Republican stigma so severe that if you don't toe the T**** line on all subjects you are now and always have been a Democrat? I've seen in another thread that Liz Cheney is now a democrat, bet that comes as news to her.

Boy are you going to be hurt when T**** starts living the good life on a yacht with scantily clad girls grace of his PAC fund which he can use pretty much as he wishes but will be bankruptcy proof.

Were they given a voice in which company was running the recount?

Were they given the chance to have their own people watch the recount from start to finish?

Why support an unnecessary, amateurish, hyper-partisan farce that no rational person can take seriously?

The fake "audit" Is being run by a conspiracy kook with no auditing experience who has recruited from right-wing groups. This Trumpy scam tried to block media access. They tried to hide procedures they're using to count votes. The furtive attempt to hide their caper from the public is laughable.

The 2.1 million ballots were already counted by Maricopa County election officials in November, validated in a partial hand recount and certified by Republican Gov. Doug Ducey. Two extra audits confirmed no issues. No evidence of fraud sufficient to invalidate the certified vote was ever found.

The Loser's lying and whining is the hyper-partisan motivation, just as it was for his goons to attack Congress in January 6.

QAnon crackpot fantasies about planeloads of bogus ballots from South Korea identifiable by bamboo fibres, secret watermarks, etc., do not justify the Arizona taxpayer footing the bill for this farce after the GOP-controlled county Board of Supervisors has determined that the election was well-run following the repeated audits confirmed accuracy.

It's as if qualifying for the $15 per hour caper required that each cyber-ninja "auditor" first establish that he is white and had failed to make the cut for The Gong Show.

The Senate leased the Coliseum for four weeks as part of an audit that was supposed to take "about 60 days." But with one week left before the auditors have to vacate the arena for a series of high school graduations, only about 10% of the ballots have been counted.

Whether the intrepid cyber-ninjas will be further delayed by having to repeatedly stand respectfully during endless renditions of Pomp and Circumstance is, as yet, undetermined.

Republican state Sen. Paul Boyer, who voted for the recount to go ahead, said last week,
"It makes us look like idiots!"
    Boyer added that it was
"... embarrassing to be a state senator at this point."

The CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the obscure company hired to conduct the recount, has previously promoted false claims that the 2020 election was rigged.
"There's not even a perception of independence!"
Boyer told the AP on Monday.
